Edited to reply to your comment: I have given you 2 opportunities to do the work correctly. How many times does it take? Why would I (or anyone) want to be inconvenienced again and be without a car, to give you a 3rd time to make it right, when it should have been done correctly the first time?
I've had a great experience @ Carstar before, so when my car was damaged at work I didn't think twice about taking it in for repairs. When the work was done I arranged to pick up after hours do to my work schedule. I went on my lunch break and paid nearly $1000 in cash for repairs (no insurance claim). The next day when I went out to look over the repairs I was horrified to see the results. Paint runs, bubbles and over spray on my headlight cover. When I took the car back in to point out the issues, I was told that there was no way the over spray happened there, but they would make it right and at my convenience. I set up a day to drop it off and let them know they could take their time, I just wanted it done and done right. A few weeks later they called and said it was done. The ONLY thing that was fixed was the paint run. I will NEVER go back nor will I ever refer anyone to go there. Had the repairs been done correctly I would say the price I paid was very reasonable, but considering the job that was done I am Very disappointed and feel it was very overpriced!

Just picked my truck up and the repair looks good. It was a pretty signicant repair. Including door skins and rear cab pillar and a bedside. The bedside was kinda mounted crooked the first time I went to pick it up. I brought to thier attention and they kept it and redid the work which I'm sure was significant. They must have been mad about me not accepting the truck the first time because it definitely wasnt detailed. Dust everywhere inside the truck, in the bed. I like how they handle everything but how dirty the truck was delivered back to me.

Great job overall! Scheduling the estimate was timely and easy as was drop off and pick up. I expected to meet and talk with the estimator and was surprised that front office staff take pictures of damage and submit them in a report to the estimator? Within 3 days I received a detailed estimate for review which listed all parts and labor which was then submitted to insurance for approval. Great coordination between CARSTAR, insurance and Enterprise where we had a rental. Received auto texts with pics and progress. Work was completed as scheduled with no delays or surprises! Only complaint, the car was washed but had a layer of grit on flat surfaces. A little more effort and attention to detail at the end would have earned you a 5 Star! Today it’s a 4 but I would def
recommend.
