When I went to pick up my car there was a misunderstanding about insurance that I didn't quite understand. Instead of being helpful the lady in charge was very rude and acted like I was stupid. Also when they fixed my car they did not put the windshield wiper fluid hose back together.

Seemed warm and receiving at first, but took more than a week to draw up an estimate for the smallest of fender-benders. 0/10 would recommend if you have a normal life.

Never received any pictures that I was supposed to get on the progress being made on the car, and after pick up I found one of the screws that holds the plastic protection under the car up in my rear passenger tire.

Carstar staff was wonderful.
Although, the staff is amazing sadly 3 days after my repairs were completed my paint on bumper started to chip and bubble and they refused to repair it. They said the insurance only paid for one side of my bumper to be repaired and then they put the gloss over it. My car had no chipping paint when it went in and now every day my paint is chipping more and more!

I felt I was treated very fair!… I had an extra request that was met above and beyond. The lady I was dealing with kept me update as much as she could. I have a foreign car. So car parts are not just sitting on a shelf. She sourced them and was honest with any delays. Could not be happier with the kind and professional service.
