I have the best experience in the UPS. Why? Because the notary of this UPS understand better than other notaries of other UPS where I have had bad experiences.

I would give a zero if I could. I shipped a computer from this location. Paid for a box and the manager stated they would box the computer before shipping it out. They put the shipping sticker on the computer and shipped it without a box. When speaking to the manager she blatantly lied saying it was boxed. Upon speaking to the Piqua facility location it went to after leaving the Troy store they advised that this is how the computer was shipped. When going in person to the Troy UPS store the manager said it’s not her problem and she boxed the computer herself. An employee at the store admitted the computer was not boxed. The manager is not honest in anyway. I will never use this location again. If the owner wants to contact me that is fine. I would be happy to speak to someone above the manager.
Update: Owner Yan reached out to me about the issue and resolved the issue. Very professional and polite and made the issue right and apologized. Thank you Yan.

What kinda of UPS store isn’t open on a Saturday?? Walked up to the front and a group of guys were putting fixtures in a box truck. He told me they are closed…. Closed what? Closed permanently? Or closed for a remodel? Awesome communication UPS.

If I can give it zero I would.... The young man and the young woman in there were completely understanding with my situation with needing a bunch of pictures printed of a certain size..... It took 40 minutes for them to try to help me which they did a great job at.... I had to use the restroom... I was given permission.. by the two that were doing great jobs... I go to the back... Got kicked out... They miss several $100 of business.... And I got slapped on the hand..... UPS you need to correct your upper management.... I don't know who her name was... I don't mean to be racist at all... But I think she's the manager and she was Asian American

A busy place, but they almost always manage to keep the line down. I’m usually in and out.

Had an Amazon return, and this UPS Store actually has Sunday hours. Staff was friendly and efficient; I was in and out with my receipt in about a minute. Location is in a strip mall so there's plenty of parking.

I scheduled an appointment for a notary through the website for this location in Troy, OH. When I arrived at the scheduled and confirmed time, I was informed that they didn't have a notary on staff that day. Extremely aggravating! This seems to be a trend lately that people can't keep up with their own technology and the consumers are just expected to accept this is a normal. I refuse to accept "Normalization of Deviance". Nor should owners, managers, supervisors, or consumers. Ask NASA and Boeing what happens when you accept "Normalization of Deviance"!
