I go through a different bank but I’m considering coming to this one. Customer service at this location is great and always answers my questions. Never had any problems

I really liked my original branch in Sherwood, but it's been razed, so this is the only branch left in Troy. So far all of my experiences here have been positive. The bankers are always helpful and super friendly.

Visit here every few days for work purposes and it's always a pleasure. Every one greets you immediately, and they knew me and greeted me by first name after just two visits, that means a lot. Even though most of my transactions are simple and quick, I love chatting it up with my US Bank ladies! Haha. Great service.
