We are always welcomed, and sometimes it's difficult to navigate where the product that you're looking for is located. There have been times that they have been out of their branded products that I am looking for. Other than that, my experiences have always been good at this drugstore.

Pharmacy is terrible and rude.Act like they are doing you a favor. And that slow laggy drive thru is a waste of time. Now they even shut the pharmacy down for lunch? What pharmacy does that??God forbid these saints go one at a time and NOT inconvenience customers who need their medication.Maybe lunchtime is the only time they can come get their prescriptions.... but that would be customer service if they stayed open and your simply not going to find that at walgreens. The store is a neighborhood convenience and nothing more.

This is my first time ever writing a review, but i had to say something because my experience here was horrendous. I was buying a personal item, and after seeing it the cashier decided to condescendingly grill me with questions about my life and give me unsolicited advice. I work in customer service and that is not how you treat your customers. She was very persistent and insulting, making me feel uncomfortable and judged. It was a horrible experience and i will not be returning there for my shopping needs.

Hi, walgreens, I just called you about getting my mother a flu shot. She is 92 and can hardly walk. Getting her out of the car and into your store and then back out again would be tramautic for her. So I asked if you could give take the shot out to the car and give it to her there. You immediately said you aren't allowed to do that. Funny thing, I called CVS down the street from you and they said "No Problem." I won't ever walk into your store again. You can go pound sand. Have a great Christmas! I hope you have lots of inventory left to count.

I have been to the Troy Ohio store and I would be more willing to shop there more if they would be more competitive like Dollar General. The store is nice and clean,,,customer service is fairly good. But when I am getting general items they shouldn't be so much higher than most other stores. Headquarters needs to listen to the customers,,maybe they would be able to keep stores open instead of closing them. CVS is just as bad.

If you go to the pharmacy and Ronald C is working. Turn around and walk out. He’s the rudest most condescending pharmacist I’ve ever came across. I’m sorry you couldn’t make it as a doctor so you had to settle for a pharmacist but that doesn’t give you the right to treat ppl like you do. They need to fire him!

This store has a clean location. An exterior Redbox video rental. Plenty of parking and is easily accessible. A clean pleasant store. The store is easy to navigate its inventory. Prices can be a bit high, but often you can find a nice little bargain or two. Plenty of pharmacy and health supplies with some odds and ends.

Went in with my 2 year old to buy two lollipops and while I waited at the empty checkout counter an employee walked right past me with a disgusted look on her face as if I was inconveniencing them. As she continued to walk away with no intention of helping me, she passed by another employee who WAS on her way over to help me and said, " You dont have to be in a hurry ". UNBELIEVABLE! Don't mind waiting but can't stand lack of courtesy. Don't think I'll be going back.

I stop here for all my prescriptions. The service is always fast and personable. I also should say that for years I shopped for Rx at CVS but I've found that Walgreens service and prices are a cut above them. My only negative- Walgreens doesn't accept my company's insurance. To keep the prices down I joined their frequent shopper club and that helps. I'd recommend Walgreens for your Rx needs.

I only go here for pictures and that has ended today. The customer service in this place is horrendous. The people that work there hate life so bad they make it miserable for every single person coming into the store. Today for example, there was a "Customer Service" employee typing on the Photo Booth computer, there was a sign that said it was no longer maned, but I just asked if I could still pick up pictures today. She looked at me rolled her eyes and said you have to go to the front desk. I turn and go to the front desk. Wait in line, only for this "Customer Service" employee to look at me and not say anything when it is finally my turn. I tell her after only assuming it was my turn to talk, that I needed to pick up a picture. She says "Name?" I tell her, with a smile mind you. She then says "What size it?" I tell her an 8x10. She replies with, "that would have been nice to know" and "it's at photo center, I'll be back". Mind you that's where I started. Sunshine finally brings me back my photo and tosses it back onto the counter. Scans it, doesn't even tell me the total. Doesn't ask if I have a Walgreens card, which I do. I plug my phone number in, and then follow the prompter. After the transaction is complete. She says to me very snarky, "Thank you very much". I leave there and I walk out very angrily. My philosophy is, don't take your anger out on the customers if you hate your job. It's not their fault. If you want to feel like your annoying a Customer Service Representative go to the Walgreens in Troy, Ohio. Y'all need to get these horrible people off your payroll.

Garbage experience. Cashier was more interested in chatting with her friend than doing her job, got frustrated when I asked how much I owed, and I had to ask three times to be let into the restroom as multiple employees ignored me. Never going here again.

So frustrated at the pharmacy. The store is slow!
