Went in to get flyers made 10 days ago, they took my number down and name and said it would be ready in couple days at the latest. 10 days passed by no contact and I had to reach out to cancel the order and they asked if I had the right place. This place used to handle my business needs, they won’t anymore.

The owner of this business came over to my home while my children were home accusing me of breaking glass on his property. I told them that whatever is going on, on his property, is not my concern. He continued to cuss me out calling me every name in the book and said he was going to call the police.I called myself. What kind of man talks to a woman like that with a small child. Boycott this business if you care about women and children.

Each time I would bring 5-6 items to have my company logo stitched on, there would always be one that “the machine ate”. They perform quality work, but be prepared to roll the dice and sacrifice an item to their machinery for each order you place.After this happened three times in a row, the company failed to remedy the situations besides a “sorry”. I have used them for work uniforms as well as bulk orders of 200+ for event t-shirts (which to their credit were excellent quality). But their lack of professionalism and respect to my business to make their errors right is why I stopped using their services.

Been waiting six months for graphics for my jeep that was to take only two days to do.after phone calls and stopping by kept getting same answers .it will be ready in a few days.i gave up went to someone more reliable and now my jeep looks great thanks Wintrow Signs in Greenville ohio
