Great check in experience even though you have to call in. They are friendly. No parking there, but I see bobtails park at giant eagle gas station at highland rd and route 8. Not sure if overnight parking is allowed there, you will have to ask. But there is a rest area on I 271 south

Don’t about others but my experience was good ,I got load of cardboard straight through delivery,got dock right away but I did unload by myself in and out in 45 minutes restroom available but no overnight parking inside

This place has some needs issues. They need better organization with internal dispatch clogging up the docks. Difficulty navigating inside with so many trucks piled on top of one another.
