Don’t about others but my experience was good ,I got load of cardboard straight through delivery,got dock right away but I did unload by myself in and out in 45 minutes restroom available but no overnight parking inside

This place has some needs issues. They need better organization with internal dispatch clogging up the docks. Difficulty navigating inside with so many trucks piled on top of one another.

My Package has been stuck at this facility for almost 3 weeks.Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item. Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 1:41 pm on February 15, 2023 in TWINSBURG, OH 44087. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date.TWINSBURG, OH, 44087Amazon needs to either shut this site down or fire everyone and hire all new employees. With all the reviews claiming they never receive their items from this specific amazon site or receive empty boxes, something shady is definitely going on. Thank god this is the only time my package has gone through here and hopefully nothing else I order ever will again!!

Had the home Style breakfast had to substitute steak for the pork I don't know why they won't serve turkey is beyond me hash browns biscuit scrambled eggs with cheese eggs were hard the cheese was laying on top of it and I guess put in the microwave and melted pretty disgusting when I asked for soft scramble eggs with cheese ive been a chef for more than 20 years I never saw scramble eggs and cheese like that ? sad rather its fast food or 5 star take pride in your work.
