Rich at Bedrooms Today is the best! We bought our bed at Stow store, 5 yrs ago, which closed. We thought we had a warranty issue with adjustable mechanism, I called Twinsburg store, Rich walked me thru possible fix. It worked! So appreciative of the customer service to a customer from a different store. It matters.
