There are no bank tellers here. They’ve been replaced by a machine. Disappointing.

No one answers the phone. One customer service representative who is not a teller directs you to use the automated machines and offers no other services. Useless waste of real estate. To compound the issue, the automated phone service provides no service at all. It directs you to use the website to determine where services are available and to schedule or change appointments. It actively prevents you from being connected to a person. This is (im)personal banking now? I will close all my accounts with Chase and move them to a competitor where I actually spoke to a human the first time I called.

I used to love this Chase bank and the people that worked there and have been a Chase customer for over 25 years but once they changed this local branch in Twinsburg into a weird hybrid where there are no tellers and they do not handle cash transactions and you can't cash checks or deposit monies I really hate this branch. I have nothing against the very nice people that work there but I am upset with Chase Bank for changing the services and I have had to travel to neighboring cities to do my business and my kids accounts. I hope they change it back to the way it was or we will have to close out our accounts at Chase and go to another bank in town...it would be a shame and a bother but I am hoping we can get our old bank back.

I became a customer of the Twinsburg location when I moved back to the area. I really liked the small hometown feel. I have remained with them through several changes because they maintained the small bank feel. Then this crazy change was made. It is no longer a bank. I find it hard to understand what it is. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement.

This is not a bank with tellers. Had to drive a ways to find another chase bank. Staff was friendly though!

Made an appointment in the branch after I was told by appointment only. Not mad about it. Waited for the next available time that lined up with my schedule a week later to find out the appt had not been made and they would be closing early because they had 3 call outs. Seriously... it seems like there are people out there who want to work. Give them a chance.

Useless branch. No point to go here unless you need to use ATM.

Beware- This is not a bank- its a storefront to sell you products. They do not accept coins at the ATM and do not offer customer service inside other than to direct you to an ATM. Obviously don’t care about depositing coins- wonder how they’d feel if you skipped the change on your mortgage. Should be reclassified as an ATM or retail store instead of bank. Laughable where the world is headed.

Beware- this is not a bank but a retail storefront with an ATM- that doesnt accept USD coins. Should be reclassified as such- Apparently a customer relationship specialist is there to point you to an ATM- skip business with this branch.

I have always loved my local Chase bank in Twinsburg. The people inside are great, so this is not a review on them however they have just turned my bank into a “cashless bank”! This is the most absurd concept I have ever heard of. It’s basically a building surrounding an ATM machine now.I am unable to take out any more than whatever the ATM cash limit is for the day from any of my accounts including a business account. I also cannot get ones and fives as change which I need all the time.Of course this means I’m going to have to change banks because I am not driving 5 to 7 miles away to another Chase Bank. What a pain in the backside this is! I think this was just the most horrible decision by their management. :(

I just wanted to deposit some cash but they don't deal in cash at this branch and I don't have a debit card.

Becoming fully automated, meaning no more with draws without a debit card. NOT OK. The one by my work is also going fully automated. I lose debit cards alot and now I won't have access to cash. I also do business banking with chase and can no longer get smaller bills/coins for customer change with out driving to a third city now. Time to find a new bank. This is fing rediculous. Also my vehicle doesn't fit in the teller drive thrus still existing.
