“The lady by the name of Sherwyn is super friendly and helpful! I frequent this location when I visit a family member and she always remembers my name. I feel bad as she seems to work a lot due to the lack of help, hence why they have to close earlier. So no fault of their own. DG really needs to pay their employees better if they want to keep good help. Also when stores like DG mass produce and ship holiday junk each month, it’s hard to keep up. DG really needs to learn how to work on their supply chain management, because clearly it is an issue and disservice for the employees and customers.”
“I bought a card here and the cashier was very thoughtful asking if I wanted a separate bag for the card. I said no since it was small and I didn’t want to waste a bag, so when he put the card in the bag he first put it in a notebook book I bought and said, “so it doesn’t get wrinkled.”That is great customer service and this cashier showed that he cared about people in that small act.”
“I used to be the manager at this location. Recently moved on Feb/Mar of 2022. “The best Family Dollar of all. It is my neighbor hood store. The manager and staff are very helpful .and friendly, more like my "Family" than staff. Shelves stre always fully stocked and the store is always clean, inside and out. If they don't have what you want, the manager will try to get it from another store. Prices are great and if you download their app, you will get money saving coupons. I Highly recommend this store, you will leave with a smile on your face and an "I'll be back" attitude.”

“This one on Broadway and southgate is the best the one on e143 and kinsman those young girls and that one lady Mr need to go to a class on how to talk to your customers correct. If they were in a white neighborhood they would act different I spend slot of money in family dollar.and the store on e130 and buckeye those young girl don't have any respect I raised my daughter well. But family dollar is going to lose alot of business because of these kids with attitude just look in your cameras and listen to your audio. Give that job to someone who needs it thank-you”
“One of the best Dollar Tree stores I’ve ever been to. I love shopping at this location! The Northfield Road location is stocked well, clean and has friendly cashiers. I was greeted at the door with a “Hello” welcome and a smile. Which I appreciate. However, on their website and Google it says they open at 8am. However, they actually open at 9am. Please fix this ASAP. You will have people lined up at your store ready to shop.”
“I'm quite impressed each time I go to the Streetsboro Dollar Tree store. It's so bright, spacious and clean. The employees are always busy stocking shelves and kindly offer to help find what you are looking for. I've found several tik tok viral items or unicorns as us Dollar Tree weirdos call them, there.”
“Lots of the shelf prices are incorrect, just take the price of the product OFF the bar codes? Easy solution. False advertising is still illegal in Ohio. Your "price(s) subject to change without notice" is not a cover all, in any venue. If i press the issue? You will lose 100% of the time.”

“I normally don't go this far to a dollar stores but ive noticed that in the inner city of CLEVELAND our stores are much smaller than the heights stores and they have way more $1.25 items than us????? and they are clean and your in and out. Plus the casino is across the street. Jack you better give me some off my money back?? Great store.”
“Friendly service when I am there. My teen daughter's told me that on multiple occasions one of the older male employees follow them around the store and it makes them uncomfortable. I'm sure it because of the frequency that they are there due to them trying to kill time while waiting for my 3rd grades school to let out but, he should be less offensive and more discreet with his shoplifting monitoring with young girls”
“I was able to get the 2 things I needed, and the cashier was friendly. The only issue I had was that they were stocking and I didn't enjoy carts and boxes all over. Tomorrow could have been a full-stocked 5 star.”
“This location has improved greatly.... The employees always friendly and very helpful. Sometimes the prices aren't correct, but someone always correct it... The outside be a little messy, but someone is usually cleaning or soon get to it... They doing a good job and in a good location it would be nice if the community wasn't so ghetto I literally saw someone empty trash into the parking lot.. that was so rude , but two guys went outside and swept and cleaned the entire parking lot.... The next day it was back messy... Smh but the inside is really clean”

“The new manager whoever she is has turned this store around with opening on time and closing on time! They actually have the shelves stocked and the workers are always friendly. I love how big this store is! Keep up the good work”
“I went to find a cat scooper... I got distracted by how much daily stuff they have. In general, they have everything you need to make breakfast, which includes the cooking equipment. All the things you need true out the day, and to get ready to go to bed. They also have some outdoor gardening equipment. I talked to the employee there at the time. I asked how often their fresh products get rotated? They said every week. I hope they understand I will check to make sure they do that. So, expect an update in a week or two. They are having a 5$ off if you spend more than 25$ on Sep 14 2024; they have those twice a month if I heard that right. Anyways I loved the first experience I had at dollargeneral, friendly staff, clean aisles, well stocked. Some shelves were empty, but it was probably from condensing their products, but the store is fully stocked when I was there. I took pictures of most ailes, so go look at them and their prices.”

“I try to pair my reviews with reasonable expectations for the venue. You're not going to get 5-star restaurant service at the local greasy spoon, right? That said, I was pleasantly surprised by my experience here. The items that I was looking for were in their expected locations. They had a decent level of stock The prices were what they were supposed to be...after all that is the main reason to go to the dollar store! What stood out however was the checkout service. The clerk was super sweet to me! For that reason, I'll forego where the store fell short. Whether it was the holiday spirit that day or her general demeanor, it garnered a well deserved good rating.”
“I frequent this Family Dollar with my Autistic son, I cannot tell you enough how AMAZING the employees are here.My son is a bit rambunctious, there are at least 5 ladies who work here who greet us so excitedly, they’re patient & kind when things don’t go smoothly, they offer to help carry things to my car on days they see me having to hold my 65lb son, they even push the bell up to the front of the counter because they know he loves it! The customer service & kindness you get walking into this store is truly above & beyond, I cannot praise the employees in this store enough. Outside of the handful who go above & beyond, I have great interactions with all employees at this location.”
“The staff was very helpful. They directed me to what I needed and they had a self checkout that was easy to use. Note, you have to use a card to utilize the self checkout. Fairly clean and very few items left out of place or on the floor as I've seen in some other budget stores. Will probably return when I'm looking for some less expensive items.”
“Well to put it plainly the mang.is I'll write the best manager I've seen around the store with straight courtesy admiration I would past 10 stores location 10 of the Dollar General stores just to shop at their location when you need somebody like that in corporate teaching the managers how they act and treat their employees so they can teach each other how to treat the customers I think she's just terrific I love going there want to leave I feel all bubbly inside and warm I've never seen her come unglued I don't ever seen or talked to him to a customer rude or disrespectful e she's a woman that outrun my source thank you the big guy”
