This FedEx really blows every time I take a package there I electronically measure and weigh them they charge me in overage every time no matter what package I take them the people behind the counter act like they do not care and and the young men that work there are very unprofessional

This is the worst fed ex location ever! Every time i have a shipment being delivered by this facility my package never arrives to my door despite saying it was delivered. Thank god for ring cameras because the delivery driver said it was delivered but he never walked up to my door at all. Now I have to file another claim on this facility. I don’t know if the delivery drivers are stealing packages or just too lazy to deliver them but this is the 2nd time my package said delivered and never reached my door. This facility needs to be shut down and investigated.

My package was on its side when I arrived for pick up. Clearly labeled fragile with arrows pointing up. Got home and sure enough it was broken. Thanks guys

Awful customer service that i have witnessed the first hand today is not what i expected from such reputable company. I did not know that FedEx employes ppl that are careless to their jobs and customers. In particular, Quinne was acting very rude. Long story short, when i suggested not to be rude and call for the manager she strongly suggested to leave without giving her manager's contact information or any references to her full company credentials so i can follow up on this incident. Management should be looking into this and dont let the FedEx reputation get destroyed due some unprofessional employees. Meanwhile, i suggest to avoid this location and take your business elsewhere.

Everytime I'm looking for a package delivery, I get a " delivery exception" notice saying I wasn't available! I've been waiting all day and just found out it's not coming until tomorrow ( hopefully) I can't speak for other FedEx locations but the one in Twinsburg, Ohio sucks! I wish I could request UPS delivery for my shipping order cause They are always here when they say they'll be!

Rude staff.$15 expedite fee for printing seemed unfair when there was no other customer in the store. Never coming here again.

As a former FedEx Team Member, I can tell you that this FedEx Office location certainly does not even come close to representing the customer satisfaction commitment that is represented by The FedEx Purple Promise which strives to "Make every customer experience outstanding." Lazy and uncommitted is the best way I can describe the Team Member that engaged me. I was trying to get a small (60) invitation job completed. After five frustrating minutes, I walked out and took my business elsewhere. Horrible representation of FedEx.

Since my driver can't ever deliver my next day packages , and I've been waiting over a week for the current one. Along with the fact there's I can't get contact information to address the driver issues at the local levels I've decided that I'm going to give the B&Ms the review I can't give to the Akron distribution center. This company is garbage, and it is impossible to get any meaningful help with their ongoing issues.

Some drivers are great, others aren't. My problem is that FedEx doesn't seem to care one way or the other or they would make it easy to file a complaint online instead of calling. I received a text my package was delivered. I looked at tracking and it said delivered to the front door no signature required. It wasn't at the front door or the garage or anywhere else on the property I could find so I opened a ticket for a missing package. Texts were sent to me asking if I had found the package and if I had to update the ticket and if not to have the sender file a missing package report. Well when I finally made it to the mailbox 2 days later, I found they put it in the mailbox. So I updated the status of the ticket, but they only allow you to check that you found it, not where or why it was missing. To me that says that don't really give a hoot! By the way my mailbox is about a quarter of a mile from my front porch.

Ordered a freezer from Walmart the end of November. It was to be delivered from FedEx in Twinsburg on Dec 1; Dec 3 (they say they tried, but I was home all day); Dec 7; Dec 8; Dec 12; Dec 13; Dec 21 and Dec 22 (today). It's 4:34 p.m. and still no freezer. I have had to stay at home all of those days. This is the worst service I have ever had with any delivery anywhere. One of the times they said the delivery was delayed because the label was not legible! Seriously? I have had to have neighbors watch for the delivery truck. I have posted signs telling them what to do with the delivery on days that I was NOT able to stay home all day. Who does this? Who expects someone to stay home all day waiting for a delivery? Set a date. Set a time and deliver the freezer. Terrible terrible service.
