I was at the Twinsburg Giant Eagle on Tuesday, and Connor’s service WOWED me!!! He graciously put in my giant eagle advantage phone number despite it being super busy, and him taking the time to enter the phone number amidst the crowd was so kind. And although I only got one energy drink, he still took the time to put it in a bag even after I insisted that it was okay— talk about good service!!! I will be back and will recommend this giant eagle to all of my loved ones because of Connor’s service.

A lot of the shelves needed restocked. No one in the meat department. Heavy fish smell before you even get to the fish department.

If you travel from out of state keep in mind that you have to wait a long time to check out. You must have their rewards card in order to be able to scan and pay. No option to skip that process on their self checkout.
I moved to a regular register (OPEN) where the one eployee with a yellow face mask was too busy filling out paperwork to even respond to my question. Completely ignored me.
Luckily another employee came around to help, non-existing customer service.

I'm not impressed. We were staying in a hotel nearby and I needed 2 things. I went to the register where I could quickly scan and go. Since I didn't have a loyalty card, the cashier had to come to put in her numbers and a code so I could scan my items. I had a problem with my new debit card and she had to come again. She wasn't happy the 1st time - and she really was not happy the second time. I was in retail management for 25 years and understand good customer service. This definitely was not it.

Produce and meat is ALWAYSSSSS SPOILED at this location. Get them from ANYWHERE else
Story is dirty, carts hardly work, short staffed, employees w nasty attitudes.
By far one of the worst giant eagles Ive ever seen and its always like this. Giant Eagle should be embarrassed!

Decent stock and prices. The store looks old and lacks things like a salad bar and olive bat. Market District has a wider selection and is a lot newer. If you are after hot food choices this isn't the best place.

Store is never stocked very well, stocking carts are left in the aisle ways. If it is in sale go as soon as the sale starts or you won't find it. Employees are very nice though. Prices are higher than other Giant Eagles.
