Moth city. Take your clothe right to the laundromat and wash them before you take them home. Decent stuff if you don't mind the moths

Went to this store to donate a $1k entertainment center. The young gay lad wouldn't take it. Because one piece needed glue. How lazy can you be? If he's the manager, he should be fired. If he's not, then the manager should be fired for failed leadership. I had some awesome bags of clothes as well but I kept. My wife and i went in the store to take a look at what they had and it was landfill. I'm sure I can guess who's in charge of receiving or not. I get its goodwill but can't support a store that doesn't have enough pride in themselves. My wife recommended. Fail. In the future, I'll keep taking to Veterans or Volunteers of America in Aurora where I always go to. Great customer service, they know what to take and not bunch of uneducated idiots. BTW: I only mentioned the guy being gay because it's the only way to describe and separate him from the others. Could careless his preference.

Loved how organized it was and the offerings. Got games and kid clothes as well as shaving cream.

Walked in at 10 a.m. with a few other customers. I like this store because it's always clean and picked up. The merchandise is nice. The parking lot is big and it's not cluttered with litter. Has new temporary hours. 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

This place is awful. How is it possible that it is impossible to donate. Have gone twice and both times they aren’t taking donations. Hours Keep changing. Yesterday I came in at 545 and said no longer accepting donations. Went today (sign says drop off open at 9 am. Was told they aren’t open yet. Done with Goodwill!!!

I hadn't looked up the reviews before I came, but I wish I had. I showed up ready to donate a few items. I went to the back of the building to donate and the attendant walked out clearly already frustrated. I tried to be friendly, but he wasn't having it. Eventually, I got so frustrated that I decided to just keep the rest of my items. I wasn't offered a receipt for the items I donated, he just went back inside, so I sat there for a while waiting for him to return and he never did?? The customer service here is incredibly lacking. I've never donated items and felt so badly afterwards. 0/10

Showed up to have an employee Christa run a power trip and demand I not donate because it was 20 minutes prior to opening. Got to love organizations that go above and beyond by completely alienating donors, passing on valuable inventory, and basically demonstrating that you don’t care about anything but trying to avoid work and display your worthless authority. Well done goodwill, I didn’t know how bad you could suck at helping people before Christa demanded I dump several hundred dollars worth of goods in a dumpster to protect her precious 20 minutes prior to opening.

I don't frequent Goodwill stores and may have been to this one once last year. I live in Glenwillow, so there are a few that are close to me, but it was a Sunday, and I was on my way past and decided to stop. I had found a candelabra with two prices and asked about it, and was informed that one was a garage sale sticker. I tried to make a joke, saying I should have caught the garage sale, but she wasn't having it. I'm sorry, I must have caught you after a funeral. Anyway, I decided not to get it, and looked around some more and ended up with two dolls. She was ringing up a customer before me, and the manager was also there. When it was my turn, I asked if the sale tag included the dolls, she says to him, I'm not waiting on her, and walks away. Yes, I heard you, The manager kindly rang me up, but I was hurt by her attitude. I mean really, what did I do??? If I said that to a customer, I'd be written up at my job. I guess the sign should be changed from "Good- Will" to "Stinking- Attitudes".

mostly organized, you can find what you need quick. Staff is always friendly. Some of the stuff in there just needs thrown away not sold.

We found some "gems" in here. I always love checking thrift shops for good deals and this one has lots of clothes to pick from which I really appreciated. Many were name brand clothes with tags on or barely worn. Check it out if you like finding nice clothes for a low price. And I didn't have time to check out the shoes, there were so many! The housewares were unorganized and hard to look through was my only complaint. Not much wood furniture either.
