Wonderful daycare with amazing teachers!
We couldn’t be happier with our experience here. Ms. Che and Ms. Mary are truly incredible — they are so caring, patient, and dedicated to each child. My little one absolutely loves them and looks forward to seeing them every day. The environment is warm, clean, and filled with fun learning activities that keep the kids engaged and happy. We feel so comfortable and at peace knowing our child is in such good hands. Highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a loving, safe, and supportive place for their child to grow and thrive!

I hate to give a poor review . I debated on whether to give one at all but I can’t stomach saying nothing .
My biggest concern with this daycare is safety . I assure you -if you send your child to this daycare your child will be hurt . What’s worse is the center will either blame you or your child with no provided solutions on how they will prevent injuries in the future. My son almost lost his front tooth from getting hit by another child which they didn’t disclose on the incident form and we had to rush him to the dentist to prevent it from dying .
He was in all out brawl with another child which is not at all typical behavior that we see in our home or when he is playing with kids in the neighborhood . He came home with a giant gash in his face that took months to heal . I understand that things happen but the level of injury my child and the other child incurred was clearly from not being watched.
On 3 separate occasions I have had friends and family pick up my son and not once did they check their ID.
They also lock these kids in high chairs for timeout and lord only knows what else because you can’t just walk into the center and observe your child .
There is not enough structured learning and too much idle team. My child came home from daycare knowing more about YouTube videos then he did his ABC’s.
The staff is often on their cell phones , including while watching children get on and off the bus . I have picked my son up on days when there were children outside playing on the playground that is visible to the main road with no supervision outside with a gate to the playground that is not secured or locked .
What’s worse is you pay good money to ensure that your child is safe and well cared for and when things do happen under their supervision they show no self awareness of they responsibility they have .
It became clear to me over time how untrained the staff was especially in how they handle / address concerns . These kids are sometimes at daycare more than they’re at home so it has to be a partnership. But the feedback you get from them sounds more like a complaint than actionable feedback you can implement at home.
Interactions with the staff are negative and unprofessional . You will never receive and update about what your child is learning or what they’re doing .
My children are the most precious thing in the world to me so short of turning them into the state or getting a lawyer for my what child experienced to prevent future misconduct , I decided to leave this review .
I hope it helps another parent avoid what we went through .
I hope they turn it around and get their act together but KLA you will never be able to do that without acknowledging what you need to do better .
My biggest regret is not pulling my son sooner.
*** please see her response below “we don’t have records of these incidents “ EXACTLY ! Read these reviews guys you will see how common these themes are . This has gone on for years . It is also well known by other childcare centers what’s going on in this center , ask around .

Communication is a big deal here. I love how easy Brightwheel is to work. I stay updated regarding my child’s learning and the pictures are always proof of happiness on my child’s face.

Our 2 year old has been here for a little under 6 months. We are extremely happy with the growth we ve seen with our toddler in his speech and sensory processing. Our son has been a little delayed on some things and KLA has worked with us and special providers to make sure he gets everything he needs and works with his ability’s and skills and not against them. I was so happy to hear when I had these outside teachers come and observe our little one how well KLA teachers work with our son and how comfortable he is there. Highly recommended!!

My children have been attending Kathy’s Little Angels for the past five years, and I truly wouldn’t send them anywhere else. The care they receive is outstanding, and it’s clear that every member of the staff genuinely cares about each child. My kids always feel so loved and supported by everyone there, and they are excited to go every morning.
The family that runs the daycare has done an amazing job maintaining the warm, welcoming atmosphere that has always been a hallmark of this place. They’ve continued to foster an environment where education, creativity, and emotional development are prioritized. It’s evident that the staff is dedicated to helping the children grow, not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well.
Another thing I appreciate is their hours – they are incredibly flexible and convenient, which makes a huge difference for working parents. It’s a relief knowing I can rely on them for extended hours without any worries.
Communication is always great, and I appreciate how the team keeps me informed about my children’s progress and activities. I feel confident knowing my kids are in such caring and capable hands.
I highly recommend Kathy’s Little Angels to any parent looking for a daycare that treats their children like family while providing a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive.

I had the pleasure of being the administrator at KLA for several years. I miss working with the owner, staff, families, and children. Cleanest facility and loving staff! Sad that it was such a far drive for me.

My 10 year old actually started daycare attending here. I returned to work fairly early and was so nervous to leave my youngest bundle with anyone. Kathy's Little Angels was recommended to me by a retired home provider (whom I trusted fully with my older daughter for years) so I called Kathy, the owner. She took in my baby and with the other staff, loved and nurtured her! it is a small by mighty daycare with some of the most capable and loving staff. The only issues that I've ever had to address were heard by a caring director and promptly taken care of. There hours worked for my commute to and from University Hospitals Main Campus, without being charged a late fee. My daughter is 10 now and her toddler room teacher still works there! I can't sing their praises enough.

My daughter thrived at Kathy’s Little Angels. We could not have been more pleased with where our daughter began her school experience. The warm, friendly, nurturing, and professional staff members made everyday a fun learning adventure. The curriculum is AMAZING and we loved receiving the daily report of what they did that day. The entire staff at Kathy’s Little Angels confirmed every day that we made the right decision for our daughter. The owner and management team are very pro active, approachable and professional. The evident care for all the children and families definitely starts from the top.Thank you, Kathy’s Little Angels Team!

Pros:cleanLifeTouch Pictures visit the kids seasonally for pics. The kids have seasonal class party's that they enjoy.High importance is placed on sanitation, very good.Just bought new tv's. Children have a cook that personally prepares nutritional meals (outside vendor). Cameras inside the center. Seasoned staff manage the children well. Nice crafts for kids.A good center for school aged children. I see their strengths are with older children. The center sees their need for improvement.Cons:The Rowdy House. Anything goes. No structure. No formalities. A total mess.Under New Ownership: Owner has Good talk/ marketing & but can deliver better service. Too many excuses for issues if client may have concerns. Can't take constructive criticism well and will deflect personal and irrelevant issues back onto the person giving complaint. Shift differential causes ratio issues.Children can have too many incident reports in a short span of time. The set up of center causes crowding. The older children and smaller children are too close In proximity to each other which causes an increase in incidents. The new owner takes directives from staff ???Newer staff and New Owner need more training. Changing for tots should be every 2hrs, not always the case. 100% of staff attention not always on kids. My son almost lost a finger, he fell and hit his head and fell again and the center tries to play it down. The story as to what happens always changes. No! Unacceptable. The tv is the curriculum. Another no no. The new owner is all about his $$$ who cares if your child was majorly injured. All he wants to know is where's is his $$? In 3 months that we were there we had three incidents. No. Save your child. The owner was caught not telling the truth by myself on more than 3 occassions. If your child is hurt, he will find a way to make it the child's fault.A Kanye move.Your child is guaranteed to learn nothing here. Stick with kindercare or other professional centers where education is important. The owner is mad weird. He tells me that State was just there and only had 3 audit finding. Like no. Your goal should be 0 audit findings. I hate a liar which he is. Like if your heart isn't in it dont do it. I wish I had trust my 1st instinct. Now my son is hurt. The owner asked me to help basically implement the changes I'd like to see. Like no. That's your job. I have a feeling the original owner was better. Also I reported Bruce Washington (the owner) to the state for child negligence after speaking with another mother about how her child was neglected (Thank God for her goggle review). He more than likely got rid of all evidence so that he could cover his tracks with the state. They let this clown off of the hook. The accusations alone are terrible enough for me as a parent though. I never want to keep a person from eating but I will report what's necessary to ensure for the safety of all children.

KLA - overall - A outstanding facility. My children love being there.Side note- It's unfortunate that a person would go about writing a bad review publicly- "Jessica Tremayne Farkas". Its all about communicating to the person to whom you have a problem with FACE to FACE. The owner and operator of KLA is very approachable and willing to workout any situation. I would recommend this childcare ... !!!!! Stop by you'll LOVE ITSign, voice of reason

Dont do it. If you love your child send him/her to a center that cares. Poor management. Untrained staff.Only cares about $$. Kids are not taught properly. Kids are treated like numbers. Your child is destined to get hurt, I promise.
