“My family uses this UPS store at 8472 Washington Street for its excellent customer service. With both an easy self-service option and front desk service, we can quickly have packages processed. The staff is exceptional--they always greet us warmly and are knowledgeable, polite, and patient with our questions. The staff work efficiently to process the personal items we send as well as our returns to vendors. They are simply the best at what they do. I use them several times a month, and appreciate their consistently excellent, friendly service. Highest of recommendations--5 Stars.”

“I shipped a couple packages from there & thought they were shipped Fed Ex. I couldn’t find the tracking number & went back to see what happened & was treated very rudely by the gentleman working there. Luckily the owner Scott was on video talking to someone else & heard our conversation & could go back & watch the whole thing & fired the employee for the way I was treated. Scott also showed up at my door to apologize & tell me it was shipped UPS not FedEx which is why I couldn’t find it. What a wonderful thing for an owner to do. I will definitely be going back! Thank you again Scott!”
“They are busy operation but always willing to help. They remarkably create amazing print needs (I was so impressed with my large prints!) They also accept Amazon returns with a do-it-yourself kiosk which makes it super easy and convenient to return your packages. The young man (white male, about mid 20's to early 30's was so friendly and efficient. (I'm so bummed I forgot his name. 😫) He was working on 9/10/26”

“Picked up boxes for a couple oddly-shaped gifts here. (I wasn’t shipping, just needed a way to package and wrap.) Very fast service and they had exactly what I needed - higher quality and less expensive than what I usually find at Home Goods. The Falls Pak & Ship website says they have 75+ box sizes. Will be a repeat customer!”

“I went in August 2, 2026 to ship 2 packages, one boxed and labeled, and one that needed a label and packaged. I felt bad as it was 10 minutes before closing, but the man who assisted me was efficient and professional. I just wanted to leave a quick review on here saying thank you for being so kind right at the end of the day.
Also, to everyone complaining about their Amazon returns sign, y'all are crazy. It's not too much to ask for you to have your return codes ready instead of holding up a line while you learn to use a cell phone.”

“Employees working at this specific UPS are amazing. They’re friendly, helpful, engaging. Unlike the Hudson, UPS, I was so pleasantly surprised the first time I came to the Twinsburg Uupper yes because they were open a little later than our more local one. We got that right as they were closing and still they were wonderfully kind and helpful. The second time I came it wasn’t your closing but again reach service. Service is so great. I had to make sure I did a review. I’ll go out of my way to go to this UPS because of people are so nice here.”
