“Just wanted to share that we (too) have had multiple positive experiences with this location, but will advise that making the formal and advanced appointment greatly helps, as being by Cleveland Clinic Hospital in Twinsburg + down the street, guessing this is a well-used and popular place. My wife and I have been helped by Ms.Theresa Fisher, on multiple occasions, for our bloodwork appointments. Location has simple and ample parking and always a breeze using the check-in kiosk - just make sure you have your ID. We feel equally comfortable to say that Theresa was…and has continued to be…ncredibly professional, kind and clearly a loyal + hard worker. Not my favorite activity…as it is not for most (of course), but fantastic technique and always gets us to our desired finish line. Knock on wood, but our bloodwork results also tend to be in our email Inbox very promptly as well. Appreciate your location and team here!”

“Very happy they’re always friendly usually not a very long wait 10 maybe 15 minutes in and out. I’m so impressed with them if I go in early in morning, I take those girls in a dozen donuts chocolate, assortment of course.”
