I wouldn’t come here unless it’s something easy such as a Covid 19 vaccination or a swab test. I came in for a cough and was prescribed prednisone. I knew it wouldn’t work bc I receive the same cough every year and a z pack does the trick. I also explained this to the np. I’m still coughing and the nurse practitioner told me that I would have to come in again and pay another $140 for the same issue that I originally came in for. I asked the nurse what would they do differently if I come in again. The nurse then suggested that I should try an urgent care instead. I wish I would’ve waited for my actual doctor but that’s what I get for not waiting for my actual doctor and out $140.

Denise was so wonderful and kind today. Read reviews at different minute clinics in the area and was a little nervous about going to someone other than my actual doctor. I didn’t have to wait- got results quickly and easily and had such and enjoyable time doing it (even sick)- my most favorite experiences at a clinic hands down. ?

So I walk in last July (2020) with a sore throat and nurse Jawwad Khalaf says there is nothing wrong there. Ok! no problem, then he says my "no-co-pay" insurance card is not working and asks me to pay $139 then get reimbursed by my insurance only for the amount they will pay to the clinic. In other words, he will keep the difference.I pay him and a couple days later I file a claim with UnitedHealth. They pay Khalaf $90.97, in accordance with their contract with the clinic. Today is 4/20/2021 and I have not received a penny, not $139 nor $90.97, from Minute Clinic. I called them numerous times through out the last 8 months and each time I get a promise of 24-48 hrs to resolve the issue. My last call with them was just now where I followed up after 6 days of my last 48 hours promise. I also emailed them twice requesting an end to this charade but nothing seems to work. I am writing this review because I gave up on them and I am not going to run after them anymore; it is not worth elevating my blood pressure anymore.P.S. Minute Clinic, please do not reply and ask me to contact you and act like you care!

Terrible service!! Was told I had the flu but with mild symptoms when my after visit summary said I tested negative for influenza A and B. This NP tried to prescribe me guaiFENesin 600 mg Ta 12, after reading the side effects to me I decided I was better off without the drug. I had to call back the number on the after visit summary form only to be told I had flu like symptoms and not the flu. For 2days I was in fear of affecting my household n in isolation when this could have been avoided. You’re better off going to the ER or just seeing your primary care physician!!
