For the past three years I had the opportunity to work at such an amazing place with athletes and adults helping them improve their performance and well being. I learned a lot from Mike about Strength and Conditioning that I will carry with me throughout my career. The first day I started I felt welcomed by the trainers and members and its certainly a place I will never forget!

My time as a coach/trainer at Premier has been amazing. From my first day to my last, I have felt welcomed by not only the other coaches but also all the amazing clients that I have been able to assist. This truly has been a wonderful place to work by getting the opportunity to help so many amazing people get better at their sports and help them improve their overall health and fitness. I highly recommend this place for those looking for a new gym to get started with or young coaches looking for their first opportunity.

Our daughter who is a freshman has not only gained strength but also more confidence in herself over the past few months. She enjoys her classes with Tom, he has encouraged her and been very supportive of her growth.

Premier Fitness has been an amazing experience for our 16 year old son. He is a golfer at a private Catholic school and didn’t know how to use any type of gym equipment. We set up his first training with Sean and he was so nervous but after he was thrilled! He has been going now for over 2 years 2x a week and loves it! This personal training has improved his game tremendously. We are very happy with his performance and he continues. Thank you Premier team!

Our boys attend Premier’s High School Athlete and Youth Training classes. We are continuously impressed with the trainers’ knowledge and positive interactions with our boys.Classes are challenging and provide our boys a great workout. The instructors are very motivating, and even in their group classes my boys received individualized feedback.Our boys not only get a great workout, but they enjoy their time at Premier. We highly recommend the Premier Fitness Youth program and High School Athlete program.

My husband and I joined a Premier a few weeks ago. The staff is all very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. The environment brings a type of energy that you don’t find at many gyms. With fun and motivating sessions, every coach is dedicated to helping everyone reach their fitness goals.

Scott and I are retirees and have really enjoyed going to Premier Fitness for the past 4+ months. The trainers are all so nice and attentive. We are always greeted by name and they remember what our individual needs are. It is great to feel so welcomed here!

I just recently joined Premier Fitness, it’s been a couple weeks now and I LOVE IT! Their workouts are targeted and coaches are very professional. The intensity is perfect- not too easy and not ridiculously hard. I feel great when I leave and start my morning and already notice a difference in my body. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get back into being active and getting their energy!

My son began training with Premier to prepare for his last season of high school football. I wish we had started with them many years before as they helped him so much. His speed increased dramatically and his overall physical abilities did as well. It was very noticeable as soon as he stepped on the field by us and by his coaches. Great investment and would recommend Premier for any and all athletes. Great experience!

I simply cannot say enough good things about Premier Fitness. Mike the owner with his trainers Tom, Jacob, Sara, and Sean are fantastic and truly care about their clients. They all provide the right amount motivation and encouragement to push you out of your comfort zone to maximize your workout. The clientele are so friendly and completely judgment free! I started in May of this year. I was at my heaviest weight and completely out of shape. 4 months later, I'm down 20 pounds, have vastly improved my overall health, and feel amazing! Joining Premier Fitness is one of the best decisions I have ever made! Thanks Premier Fitness for helping me find myself again!!

I recently enrolled in the Adult Fitness classes and am so glad that I did. All of the trainers have been great, patiently explaining exercises and assisting with modifying them to meet my fitness level. It is a welcoming environment and I do not feel intimidated as I have in other programs. I am confident that I can meet my fitness goals at PFP.

I worked out this past summer with Coach Tommy at Premier Fitness. All I have to say is good things. The facility is awesome with lots of equipment and the coaches bring positive energy and great teaching to help improve athletes. Will definitely continue to work out there!

I was given the opportunity to intern here at PFP this past summer and it was an experience I'll never forget. The professionalism, quality of training, and attention to detail by every single member of the coaching team was unlike anything I've been a part of before. Working with the middle school and high school athletes, I can attest that every session is built to improve overall athleticism and with consistent work ethic, results are guaranteed. You will not find a place that cares so much about their clients and has a staff that looks to improve themselves every day like this anywhere else. It has been an honor to learn from this team and I would 100% recommend their services to anyone, at any age, looking to improve themselves and their athletic performance!

I have had a great experience training at Premier. The trainers, led by Tom, keep the exercise routines varied and challenging. I have seen a big difference in core strength and energy since I started training here. I appreciate the positive and motivating atmosphere that Premier creates and would recommend it to anyone interested in improving their well-being.

My 12 year old daughter who plays softball has been training there for about a month and a half twice a week with Blake. I am so impressed with the facility, workout plans specifically for her, how friendly everyone is. My daughter loves going there! she looks forward to training and pushing herself. The trainers there are so positive and give so much praise after every single set. the communication is top notch. i am so glad we found such a great gym. it's not just a gym...it's so much more. you feel like family when you are there. There is not a day my daughter goes in there and is not asked about her softball game/tournament, they always remember what she tells them. it is just amazing! if you are not training here...you are honestly missing out!
