DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 1 star Rating here and a F Rating on the BBB.
Ended up getting devices somewhere else after we went through the pricing. Got all the way up to giving the card (my mistake) and said I am holding off. They said they will hold off on everything. They continue to charge me every month for it (it isnt even the price they told me it would cost). Called to have it refunded and they do not even have an account for me since I never actually got any devices. So every month I need to call to get it refunded and every month they say it was taken care of and every month I get a new charge.

Wish I would have read reviews. Sent me supplies and charged me for them after saying it would all be covered by insurance. I will be canceling my card on file with them. Disputing the charge with my credit card and filing a complaint with BBB.

This company billing and customer service department is seriously lacking in professionalism. DO NOT use their auto pay function in the portal, as they will double bill you. When you call for an explanation, no return calls, or response to emails. After FINALLY receiving a statement from them, it does not even show the purchase price of the medical device I'm paying for. Next time I'll check reviews before making a purchase decision

When I had problems, they were unavailable and very little help. And my insurance changed, and they sent this super RUDE guy to come and replace my machine. He didn’t tell me anything and just left me with paperwork. I had a lot of data, that was not recorded because they didn’t even bother telling me that I had a new company that I had to go to. I didn’t even know! Then he leaves me with all of these masks that I can’t use! Now they want money???? Why? They DON’T do their jobs! The whole thing was just a big SETUP to get money. They could care less about their clients

This company sent me supplies that I didn't order and couldn't use. And, now they want paid for said supplies. Be careful.
