This company billing and customer service department is seriously lacking in professionalism. DO NOT use their auto pay function in the portal, as they will double bill you. When you call for an explanation, no return calls, or response to emails. After FINALLY receiving a statement from them, it does not even show the purchase price of the medical device I'm paying for. Next time I'll check reviews before making a purchase decision

When I had problems, they were unavailable and very little help. And my insurance changed, and they sent this super RUDE guy to come and replace my machine. He didn’t tell me anything and just left me with paperwork. I had a lot of data, that was not recorded because they didn’t even bother telling me that I had a new company that I had to go to. I didn’t even know! Then he leaves me with all of these masks that I can’t use! Now they want money???? Why? They DON’T do their jobs! The whole thing was just a big SETUP to get money. They could care less about their clients

This company sent me supplies that I didn't order and couldn't use. And, now they want paid for said supplies. Be careful.
