We had an auto start key put in our Subaru at this company. From the time it was put in we had nothing but problems with the car. We took it in and they could never find an issue. The car started to have battery issues, we replaced 3 different batteries then the catalytic converter spent thousands of dollars trying to fix the car. Finally had the system removed and the car runs perfectly!! Summit sound did nothing to remedy the situation! Honestly doesn't deserve 1 star they suck!!

I own a 2011 Toyota Highlander Limited. When I realized it was going to become my daily driver, I upgraded the head unit with a 7.5” Sony unit. My back up camera was also replaced and I went from a 3” display to this one. Apple CarPlay is seamless and I ditched the 6 CD changer. Fast forward 4 years and I now have 193,000 on this car and all thanks to Roger and his team at Summit Sound & Audio breathing new life into the car. I am headed for 300k and could not imagine it without the upgrade. Highly recommend!

Roger and his team recently upgraded my home theater system and all I can say is, “WOW!” I’ve always had a pretty high end rig, but Summit Sound took me to the next level. Roger recommended the new Marantz Cinema 30 receiver. What a game changer, coming from a five year old Denon to the new Marantz! Dirac live room correction and the new Marantz “sound” have absolutely blown me away. Summit added Dolby Atmos speakers to top everything off. The results are jaw dropping.
Roger, Ron and the entire Summit Sound crew are first class. Their service and attention to detail are top notch. They walked me through everything from start to finish, and left my home cleaner than when they started. I highly recommend Summit Sound and Security to anyone!! Five Stars.

I have now taken two of my vehicles to these guys and I can confidently say they are the best at what they do. They are professional, set clear expectations and always friendly. My vehicle is always returned to me just as clean as it is at the time of drop off.

Roger, the owner, initiated my purchase process and was very prompt with the estimates. Chris was available every time I came to the showroom and answered all the questions I had during the process. Kevin installed a new headunit and backup camera on my car and he was very clean and meticulous. I am so happy I chose to work with Summit Sound and Security and they will probably be doing more work on my car! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Who knew? They do motorcycle sound. After searching the internet, and visiting Harley dealerships for a sound system upgrade I found Summit. Far superior product than offered by Harly. Great experience with the sales team (Thanks Andy) discussing options. Ended up with six Cicada speakers (two upper fairings, two lower, and two in the saddlebags) along with an amplifier to pull it all together. The sound is incredible. Flawless installation... everything looks like it came off the showroom floor from the factory. Very impressed. Thanks Summit

They did a great job! looks clean?!
Some of the reasons i liked going to them was
1)The outstanding quality of work.
With over 25 years in the business it really shows with the quality of work they do and the pride they take in it.
2)The Ownership and staff.
All great people and a good environment. They were professional and respectful. The staff and techs made it very easy for me to pick what i needed and why. Positive people who are detail oriented. They made all the diffent options that can get kind of confusing simple for me and i appreciated it. They kept me up to date on the tinting and where they were in the process.
3)Time
As i’m sure time is important to everyone they got me in fast (Same Day) after i called in on such short notice and they did the tint job in a good amount of time and didnt make me wait forever like some shops do. My time is important to me and i could tell they didnt want to waste mine.
4)Comfort
They have an amazing in home theater for u to relax in while they do their job on ur vehicle. It’s super comfy and a surround sound and makes the time pass by very fast. Also if ur hungry walk 10 feet and there is a subway so it’s perfect.
5) Cleanliness
When i peaked in the shop to look at my car it was very clean and organized and u could tell everything had its place and they kept it that way. Gave me peace of mind.
Safe to say I will be going back there for any of my cars needs or in home needs since they do much more then car tint!
When i’m ready to finish up my basement they will be my very first call!

Very professional and careful with their work. Went in for a front door / front dash car speaker upgrade. Everything was installed correctly and I had zero problems. I went to about 7 different car audio shops before I found someone I would trust with my vehicle. Summit Sound and Security took the time to demo their speakers, find a time that fit my schedule, and earned my business. I will be returning for additional upgrades in the future. Strongly reccomend.

I’d give 3-1/2 stars if I could based on them providing a courtesy car when needed. (Scheduling miscommunication and Installation issues)
I could be wrong, but based on my experience, I question if my outcome would have been different had I owned a higher end model vehicle/installation?
I stopped in and was sold on an Alpine stereo system, speakers, sub and amp package. I currently have no complaints with the system itself, and I understand the situational issues that arose with my vehicle being a manual transmission. However, after picking up the vehicle I couldn’t help but notice the amount of evidence of work that remained throughout the vehicle. From hand smudges over the exterior paint doors and trunk lid, to scuff (boot?) marks on the interior door panels, and general cleanup of materials. I’ve located two screws of unknown origin in the interior, and after arriving home and opening the trunk discovered the subwoofer tipped over having not been secured. I’ve since addressed those issues, and am only left with a dash screen that isn’t 100% set flush into the insert on one side. I’ll probably be the only person who will notice that, and it may just be that my expectations were too high.

These guys have never been anything, but stellar! They are fast, reasonably priced, and stand behind their product and installations. And yes, we have been using them for a couple of decades now. ?????
