The folks at Lee's are great. Holly is very helpful, kind and patient. They make renting a truck for the day a joy. The folks at Lee's always seem like they are happy to rent you a vehicle. Unlike other places I've been where it feels like they don't have the time to take care of you. Oh! The truck was good too, but the customer service is great! Keep up the good work Lee's!!!

I’ve only been to this location to rent U-Haul‘s. I have had nothing but great experiences. The staff, a father and daughter duo are the sweetest people! Holly is super relatable and helpful! Her father is a comedian, which I appreciate! I just found out that they on the mechanic shop in which they service vehicles, oil changes, tuneups, etc. I am going to have to tap into Lee’s for further maintenance!

Firstly, let me share important information regarding renting from UHaul and their contactless smart phone program.This is the worst program ever - not to mention bad business practice. I will never use UHaul again nor will I encourage anyone else to use.Important points to review:1) show up one hour prior to needing the vehicle - it takes that long to work through the contactless check out process.2) buy the insurance. All the vehiles on the lot had small stickers on them from damage UHaul charged prior customers. These damage stickers are on spots that the damage is not visible to the human eye. So I am assuming that they will find something wrong with every vehicle returned to charge the consumer and therefor collecting their $150 from the insurance carrier. This is bad business practice and shameful. If you question this - visit the yard and look at the trucks before renting. They are clear stickers with X marks.3) if you do not upload a photo of the prior damage, before leaving the lot - you are responsible for the damage. Take pictures of everything.4) 3r person verification means that you must provide UHaul, during the check out process, a phone number for a third person, this 3rd person will need to be ready to answer the phone and promise uhaul that you will return the truck. OKAY. LOLThis took us serveral attempts to get our 3rd person someone to answer for a unknown phone number on a Sunday morning.5) The vehicle takes E85 gas - which is avaible at Speedway locally. You may want to validate a location prior to your return trip. This preplanning will save you the run around like we experienced since not every gas station carries E85 - not GetGo and not BP.6) The check in process was a bit easier - however take pictures - take pictures!The $19 rental - was over $100 at the end of the day, and an extremely high level of stress. Local use - didn't travel to the moon and back.The final topper - we recieved an email this morning from UHaul wanting us to rate our road side services, towing, etc. The scary thing is we did not even use any road side services, towing or repair. Yikes. So, I don't think we are clear from the UHaul experience yet! I will update this review with any further information.

I tried to rent a U-haul from this location using the mobile app for pick-up. The place was closed and unfortunately the combination lock to get the key was not working properly. I called customer support for U-haul that apparently didn't have backup plans for issues like this. Honestly they could benefit from some type of barcode scanner system where the renter could scan a barcode on their phone; rather than dated combination locks that should be on a preventative maintenance schedule to ensure they're working properly. I am currently waiting for my refund. I hope that goes smoothly at least.
