Customer service sucks. I called and waited on hold for 15 mins before I had to leave a voicemail. Never got a call back. When I called again and talked to someone, they couldn’t wait to get me off the phone and hung up.

Purchased a power rack and pinion kit for old mustang in 2017 and it came with a lifetime warranty, but the cheap parts fail and having to deal with the sh!t service is a headache. Avoid this business.

Their products are good quality at a good price, but dealing with their customer service has been trying. When I’m asking for specific information about the technical side of their rack and pinions, anything beyond the brochure is met with, “if your mustang is a 79, then you need this.” God forbid you have a modified, custom built suspension on your car and just trying to determine what rack will work with your setup. You’d be better off buying all of them and finding out for yourself.

Total crap customer service, can't get a hold of anyone. Bought a package for sand car, used 3-5 times/year and that's it. Unit did eliminated steering shock loads but lacked power. Now locks up on full turns, chatters and shuts down. Called Unisteer, no answer. Left vm, no response. Send emails, no response. Won't buy their product again, will build my own for a fraction of their price. Bottom line: Over-priced and zero customer service. Lame!!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Shipped parts to me that got "lost " during shipment. They have not been very helpful what so ever. Box was cut open, parts stolen and replaced with collared work shirts. Back and forth between ups and Marty still haven't gotten refunded. Bought extra set of parts. Never once did they offer to send replacement parts and deal with ups theirselves. Worst customer service I've ever had. Will not buy another thing from them. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. You've been warned

Called twice. You are on hold until you finally receive a message stating " exiting the system GOODBYE" than it disconnects your call and hangs up on you. Guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Got to be one of the Worst products I have ever used and customer service is a complete joke. We got a kit for a 70s charger with a big block 440. Fist off they said the drain plug need to be moved so the first thing I did was pull the pan weld the hole closed and moved the drain plug. Well after starting to install it was 4in away from the original drain plug, so it dint have to be moved. Them here is were the fun started. Nothing fit at all had to cut the main bracket bend it 17 Degrees down so it would stop hitting the oil pan. Then the tire rods didn't fit. Then the steering stuff they sent to go to the steering shaft was all a joke did not fit. Had to custom make brackets and New joints. I think the only part that I dint rework was the rack it self. When talking to Marty he stated they have never make a kit for a 70s Challenger with a 440. Wow And they will not refund due to the fact we had to modify but on the first page says you may have to modify what a joke of a company

I placed an order on the 7th of March. This whole time I'm thinking my guys at the shop received my manual rack and are cranking away on the car...well I get a surprise email from unisteer talking about how my order is being put on back order for another 2-3 weeks!! People it is April 9th today, it's been over a month and now they tell me it's going to be longer. Then I receive a call saying they will ship it out tomorrow??? When they should of overnighted the package. I went with unisteer for the only purpose that it was CHEAPER than flaming river....The extra money for the flaming river is also for the headache free transaction. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY or more importantly YOUR TIME with this B/S

I totally understand the other "one" ratings . They just don't really care. There customers are car enthusiasts and they sound as though they are hate they are stuck working for 8 hours and once you are off the phone they forgot you. I called 5 days later after 1st order and it was still not processed and the excuses they have came easy they must have had a workable list . Sales consultant M and second person was S and you would have thought I was inconveniencing them.
