I went to this post office one hour before the office closing time, but they have already locked the door didn't let me in. I saw workers inside, I asked them to open the door, but they refused open the door.

I have been trying to locate my package which was supposed to be here, but sent to Puerto Rico since Wednesday since Wednesday the phone must’ve been taken off the hook. It is now Saturday so for four days the people that work there are not doing their job of course have taken the phone off the hook so they don’t have to answer people for all the mistakes that they made And I don’t know where to report this

Came across the rudest postal worker I ever have in my life at the Twinsburg post office. I filled out a priority mail form and it took me less than a minute. There were no forms in the lobby. She refused to wait on me then and insisted I go to the back of the line. I was ahead of everyone! I will never go to this post office again. ! I won’t even give it one star ! February 21, 2025

They may need help. They open when they can I guess? The door was locked for 15 minutes past scheduled opening. I didn’t think this could happen with USPS.

Came at 9 am on a Friday when they are supposed to be open but no one was there and doors were locked. Me and about 5 other people between 9-9:15 stopped for services but no one showed up to work.. so inconvenient and ridiculous.

I don't do this often but today, I stopped at the Twinsburg Ohio Post Office at 9:08 a.m. There was a line of people standing in the lobby waiting for the post office to unlock doors and open for business. As I spoke to those in line, I learned that this is a frequent occurrence, the hours posted say it opens at 8:00 a.m., that it is better to go to a neighboring post office as they are more reliable, and lack of staffing was the excuse given for the delayed start (and the closed for lunch at various times of the day) and may I add, without notification or signs indicating when the office is ACTUALLY open for business. What is more upsetting is the number of frustrated people with packages who walked in and out with the same packages, unable to get service. This is absolutely terrible AND unfair to the residents of Twinsburg ( and others who use this office)!!!!! Shame on Twinsburg Post Office...you used to be one of the best!!! This needs to be addressed IMMEDIATELY!
Update: At 9:27, a Post office staff member unlocked the door and open the office for business. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

This place is awful. Hours show open until 2pm. Arrive at 11:30 am on a Saturday and is closed. I came back at 12:30 still closed. They never open on time. The laziest and rudest staff I have ever dealt with. Just close down already so I stop wasting my time.

Would not recommend this post office. Very slow, workers are rude and not on time, and they've now lost 2 of my packages after dropping them in the box. Better off driving a couple extra miles to a different one.

Worst post office ever!! This is the 4th time I have went there and a note on is the door saying they have no one to work today ???

Posted operating hours are either wrong or staff isn't showing up on time. Posted hours are 8am and lobby wasn't opened until after 8:30
Other reviews have reported even later than that. Either change the hours Posted to the public or hold the staff accountable for opening on time.
