A plushie toy that was a favorite was lost on an airplane. You know how that is… so over a year later these guys doing support worked with me to search through the catalogue, finding the item that was out of stock for who knows how long & then also finding a local retailer where i could order it. This was so far above and beyond. I am sure every parent would understand how much of a big deal this is. I wholeheartedly recommend anyone to purchase from this company & additionally i want to personally and publicly say thank you to the anonymous good human doing the online chat support on may 2nd. Absolutely AMAZING company and people! Trevor and Sal were so helpful, and went above and beyond any other company's customer service I have ever experienced. Wild Republic's workers are extremely generous and kind. What they say they will do, they will do. I would totally recommend this amazing brand! Their plush products are much higher quality than any other brand's!

Very unprofessional, toxic work environment. Highly do not recommend working here. Managers bully workers, will Harass you and write you up for no apparent reason. Show’s favoritism and abuse their power. Stay far far away from this money hungry company.

I worked at Wild Republic for over two years got laid off in June after being told in a meeting Wearhouse wasn't affected. I wanted to learned so much more than what I taught during my time there. My name was thrown around in lies and rumors during my time there.

Worked there for 5 yearsFamily environment , leadership is amazing and caring to their employees.This company actually makes it fun to come to work. I learned a lot working there because we all worked together as a team. The leadership/employee dynamic is one of the aspects I miss most. They promote from within so there are opportunities to grow .I Would recommend this place to others.

We traveled from Houston, TX, to see where my kid's stuffies were born and to adopt another companion for them. We arrived at 2 pm on a Friday, and they were already closed, three hours early. My kids were so disappointed; we all were.

Order processing is honestly less efficient than the mail-in UPC system pre-1980’s. Shipping takes well over a month once order is placed with zero communication from the company. They have nobody on the other end of the chat box on their website, so the only way to find out whether your order is actually still viable is to call, and call, and call. Even then the only information offered after a month is that your order was received but there are other orders placed prior to yours (again, after thirty days and no communication including from their chat box). The employee over the phone was polite though.
