I went in there asking for simple black round nails, and there are gaps in the nails polish. They missed my nails bed, and there is a gap. left nail glue all over my fingers below and all around the nail. My friend also got her nails done, and she gave her own review. She was generous by giving them two stars. But if zero was an option, this would be it.

When I go to a nail salon and drop $200 for two full sets and a pedicure I expect perfection. Nails are uneven and the paint job is horrible. Posting pics of mine. My friend will have to post her own. If it was possible to give 0 stars that's what they would get

This is a pretty standard nail salon, but the prices are noticeably higher than others in the area. For example, I recently went in for a simple eyebrow waxing — something that usually costs around $12, maybe $15 at the most elsewhere — and was charged $20 before tip. That’s just way too much for such a basic service.
On top of the pricing, the overall vibe isn’t very welcoming. The exterior of the building is in rough shape, and the staff isn’t exactly friendly. When you walk in, someone always yells from the back asking what you’re there for, and everyone in the salon turns to look at you. It’s uncomfortable and doesn’t feel professional.
If you’re going to charge premium prices, you should offer a premium experience — and unfortunately, that’s not what you get here.

This was the best experience that I have had in a very long time at a salon! I walked in and immediately got seated even though I was a walk in, which never happens anywhere else! The shape was perfect, and the new color choices that they have are great!

The lady doing my nails was nice but she sliced my fingers pretty deep with a nail file which was super painful. My nails also were not great so I ended up not even getting the French tip I wanted and just leaving with the acrylic on.

I hesitated to leave a negative review because I'd been to this salon once previously (a few months ago) and had a good experience at that time. However, the second and most recent time I visited, after a mani/pedi appointment, I ended up with a bacterial infection on my toe from my pedicure. Not exactly what you want after spending $100 (including tip) on services, plus additional money in medical costs to treat the infection. Sadly, because of this, I will not return.
