I usually get my lab work done here before appointments at main campus. I don't usually have an appointment, but the wait isn't bad. The staff is friendly and reliable. The parking kind of sucks since I have trouble walking, but that's really the only problem I ever have here.

Went here since my doctor didn’t fax my orders to quest. It’s was a disaster. They do not take appointments. The waiting room overflows into the lobby. Waited over an hour to just get routine blood work.

I go once a month for blood work and its sometimes a bit crowded but never waited more than 30 minutes. The ladies that draw the blood are very nice and good at what they do.

I usually go up to main campus of the Clinic and it gets rave reviews! I had to go to this location to use the LAB for a urine sample. The bathroom was dirty, plus there were no toilet seat covers, no hook for a purse or bag, no place to put the sample except the floor! You could see pee spots on the floor where other samples used to be. Gross!! I expect more from the Clinic! I'm giving the 2 stars because my check in person was super friendly! Let's do better.

I've never waited more than about 10 minutes. The phlebotomists are very good, never more than a pinch! They're usually cheerful while doing their jobs quite professionally.

The experience was good till the end. They told Me I had to self quarantine until my procedure in 2 days and that wasn’t true. It cost me a days pay.

So nice, so patient centered! Brought David in last night with chest pain and slurred speech. He was seen quickly and gently. Everyone was actively concerned with his well-being. I was able to stay with him until he was transferred downtown to a bed. Remember: Pandemic Era visitation is a bit like post 9-11 airport protocol. Those things we took for granted are no longer possible. Be kind and understanding while advocating for yourself and your loved ones. You will likely be able to stay in the ER, at Green, and you will need to be on a list to gain access to the hospital room, if the patient is transferred to a room. David has had three strokes and two heart attacks and quad bypass surgery. When I bring him in for care I look for the team to focus on him and not dismiss his complaints. Green is full of great listeners, yes-- also full of personnel who communicate well with one another re: patient needs.

PRIME EXAMPLE of the failures of our medical system - In you have EVER experienced what a Cleveland Clinic facility is like - PREPARE yourself - this is one in nameplate only. Arrival at 752am for annual bloodwork. Normally - at Twinsburg - I'm in/out 15 min tops... Here - they have 'streamlined' as to not disrupt the workers... ONE checkin iPad (with a line)... Then sit for 9 minutes until you phone number is buzzed and you see the 'check-in'. Don't DARE ask how long - since it has already been longer than any other facility I've been too in four years... She (unpleasant) said there is no way to know - they perform many services - blah-bla-bla. Then sit back down for another 35 minutes. I did note they call back bloodwork patients in batches (work load leveling?) of three... As for the facilities - there are THREE techs to draw - but only ONE stool, two draw chairs (with the armrests) and an exam table (budget cuts or just misallocation). I got the exam table - in a cramped space, and a tech who refused to lower herself to chest height to draw the blood - MEMORABLE EXPERIENCE... Cleveland Clinic - YOU SHOULD BE EMBARRASSED, and I suggest you FORCE someone from any other facility I've ever been too - to go clean this dump up... I feel like I went to a mock-clinic being done by junior high students...

Check in clerk was amazing, very friendly and quick in registering me for my lab draw. Wait was about 20 -25 minutes (I was a drop in and didn't have an appointment so I felt that the wait was reasonable) The phlebotomist was professional and good a her job. I have always been quite pleased with my visits to this lab/x-ray facility.
