Used to love this gas station. Went today after already having a terrible experience at another gas station entirely, am standing in line and when it’s my turn some old scrawny dude shoves his arm in front of me from the side to play his lottery. The cashier helped him instead of acknowledging I had already been there waiting. I still….. waited and shut up cuz I didn’t want to cause a problem in yet another gas station. No one mentioned it and the old dude and the cashier were rude to each other multiple times in their interaction.
I work in customer service and never would I ever let that happen to a customer and play along or not acknowledge it at all.
I’ll find a new location entirely.

Almost everything in there is stale and expired. If you buy a soda, take a sip before you walk out to make sure it’s not flat.

I just wanted to give a head up I have had a few friends who bought gas here and the next day there cars would not start. Both cars there ful pumps were messed up. So I am wondering if there water in there gas.? Has any one else experienced this after getting gas here? Other than that it a nice gas station inside.

I walked in there sat and the female worker was in the back cooler, I heard her say "of course" Because I was waiting at the register, when I asked for a pack of cigarettes ulta lights, she didn't hear what I said and had an attitude when she asked me again what kind I wanted. This isn't the first time this lady has been rude to me, so rude that I felt hurt, I was always so nice to her. I'm no longer going to be, 3 times now she has given me attitude. I'M SO TICKED THIS TIME, HOW DARE SHE, WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS. Get a new job if you don't like working there, your working in freaking hartville, it's not like working in Akron!

I love buying my lottery and gas here! It's convenient, fast and I always get lucky on my tickets, though, not a millionaire yet! Never had a problem with any service personnel.

Store is 2 minutes from my house and I remembered tonight why I drive passed it and to Sheetz or Bell Store instead. The attendant working tonight 11/2/22 at 9 pm is the rudest most inconsiderate person who has ever worked there. I was in that station 5 days a week and sometimes more until she started slamming stuff around when you walk in, if she is counting cigarettes and you walk in she slams the clipboard down and it is obvious she doesn't want you there . Complete.attitude when she has to wait on customers , never a smile . It's not my fault she has to work , or work there or whatever her issue is but I will push my vehicle passed that BP to whatever gas station is next to avoid her and the obvious dislike for customers she has.

I'm done spending money at this place. The lady working tonight (September 5, 2022 at 8pm) management needs to speak with her on multiple occasions she will get really rude with customers over ridiculous things for example I go in there one night with a $20 bill and she gets rude with me because I didn't have smaller bills. I watched her have the same attitude with another customer, they plain out told her they will go somewhere else to spend they're money. Tonight I walk up and she's outside smoking and as soon as she sees me she throws her hands up in the air and starts saying something under her breath like I did something wrong by trying to buy something from the store. I quit coming here for months because of this same reason. Never again will I spend money at this place.

There’s one employee here that likes to lock customers out for long periods of time. As matter of fact at this very moment. She locked the door in me as I was coming up to come in the store. It’s 5:51 pm they are not closed and actually quite busy but nobody can get in. I’d be more understanding if this has happened to me on more then one occasion. And if it wasn’t for 15 to 20 plus minutes at a time. I’m local and come here very often and this is just a ridiculous way to conduct yourself as a customer service representative.

Was on my way home from appointments.I live around the corner from bp in Uniontown.I was getting a little low on oxygen but had enough to pump gas and get home . pumped the gas and the paper was out for the receipt.Cashier was helping a gentlemen with lottery. After several minutes I said can I please get a receipt on pump 7. The cashier said I'm doing something right now. I said I'm about to run out of oxygen. Can I please get a receipt. She said next time bring enough oxygen.I said if the machine had paper I wouldn't need to come in. The gentleman told her that she didn't have the right to talk to people like that and its not her business to tell me how much oxygen to Carrie. I want to thank the gentleman for sticking up for me even though i butted in on his transaction. I'm sorry but I was starting to panic.
