Only reason I rated a four stars out of five is because that they are a bit pricey when it comes to services and pricing of parts and other things related to vehicles, other than that I love that they offer free air for their customers and anybody who needs it because there's very few places that offer free or any more and to be honest I believe that it should be free almost anywhere. It seems like the places that charge $2 and Beyond is ridiculous and they're just grabbing for money when they really don't need that money. It's Eric end of the day that is just compressed and be able to be put in the tires and other objects why should they charge for it because of the compressor that runs it when it's turned on? This is my own opinion and others can view it differently that's completely fine everybody is entitled to their own but this is just my thoughts.

I love the fact that anytime I call for anything I need I’ve been able to get in same day. What I don’t like is feeling like you’re trying to upsell me on a product. I brought my van in for a steering alignment and to swap two tires, I already had my tires I wanted in my van. I waited about an hour for an employee to come out to tell me they cannot guarantee the alignment will stick because I have “play” in my balljoints. MIND YOU I just did the tie rods the day before, my buddy and I do all the maintenance on my vehicle except for things we don’t have the machinery or tools for IE steering alignment. The quote was 150 before I was told about ball joints. The quote I was trying to be up sold on was dang near 1k more than what I originally wanted done. Quit using “there’s a little play” as a way to scare customers into spending money they don’t need to spend. Like if the repair isn’t absolutely necessary, just come out and say there’s a little bit of play in the balljoints, we can swap them or leave them since we are already under there, but it isn’t necessary. 1k is a lot of money to try to upsale someone for.

Dont go here for an oil change. Staff is rude and impatient. $50 here but wait 2 hours.Instead go down to road to the valvoline express lube. $80 in and out in 15 mins. Worth every cent of that $30 extra.

Had a flat tire, came to this office. Was told an hour and here it is an hour and half later, still waiting! Guy at front desk said that he didn't know he was working on another car as well. Sitting in the hot sun there is still no progress. Avoid if you need quick service

Took to long to wait on a oil change. Shouldn't wait 40 mins for my car to be taken for a oil change. But besides that once talking to the workers car got done quick.

Wow! What a great experience! I got a flat tire and had no tools with me so I called and was greeted by Paul who went above and beyond to help me. He came to where I was and brought a portable air compressor and got my car drivable and then I followed him to the store. Paul and his staff (namely Gabe) took care of the issue and got me back on the road. I’m forever in their debt!

Girlfriend had a warranty claim on a new tire. Technician broke a wheel lug while removing the tire then charged us an arm and a leg for parts and labor. Place is a joke.

I’ve never experienced a good visit to this location.Three times I’ve book an online appointment for an oil change, and upon arriving they say “we’re back up, you’ll have to wait 2+hours”. if you have openings for an appointment then honor the appointment!!Hudson/stow location is the best! I’ll be planning on taking my business there now!

Always good to my car and me with tires, brakes, and those little things that wiggle or squeak when they're not supposed to do that. Friendly staff, good people here at Conrad's in Green.

I would not even give this place a 1 star rating. I had an inspection done on my vehicle and was told that it ONLY needed an alignment. I questioned that because I thought that I may have needed ball joints. He reassured me that everything else looked great just need an alignment. I scheduled it for the next day at 2pm. I show up on time and 4 hours later they finally tell me my vehicle is ready for pick up and to come get it. I show up and then all of a sudden something is wrong with my vehicle and they need to order parts for it to be fixed in 2 days and tell me that my vehicle is not drivable! I clearly stated I was upset with the lack of professionalism and clarity about what is happening with my vehicle. This man told me they would “make it right” since they messed up/missed what was clearly wrong with my Jeep to begin with and I could get it back Monday morning. Then tries to tell me over the phone a few days later after it’s “ready” that it’s going to cost over 100 dollars!…after I already paid 100 for the alignment that they have to do again after putting in ball joints..I will never be back to this place after going to them for over 2 years. Bad business, lack of informed staff and no professionalism. Don’t waste your time or money here! Something is not right about this place or these people.

Thank you to Paul and the Conrads staff for the excellent work. I appreciate them for letting me know of any work that may need to be done. I do not want ever to break down. I have been going to this location for many years. This is an excellent place and one you can trust. Keep up the excellent service my family and I will always be back. You are appreciated!

I had my radiator flushed over the summer and when I changed the oil last week I noticed the coolant was low now. It was good when they finished flushing it. So I called to ask what coolant they used so I could top it off. They didn't even question whether I had really been there or anything. They just asked me to stop in when I'm close and they'll top it off. I was close and stopped, I barely had time to sit down and stand up. It's little things like that. It shows you how customer oriented they are.

Brian and Eric are awesome. I was visiting from out of town and needed a very timely repair. They fit me in to an already busy schedule and got me done in the same day. Truly appreciate their great service.
