This review is for the store itself not specifically the fed ex. I Went there late one night. Not too late though, probably 9ish and there wasn't an employee in site. People lined up out the door. Some leaving because it had been like 15 mins they were there and they were pissed. Someone called the store and the phone went unanswered. I really needed diapers and was not happy having to try to speed to the other Cleveland ave. Location. I won't be back because it seems this store has went downhill.
