They took 3 weeks to even call me back for a referral. I had already scheduled a Dr appointment with spectrum orthopedic was seen and have an appointment for surgery all before they even called me back!

When our facility called after numerous attempts to have physician complete paperwork, which is illegal for us to make check marked on for their recommendations, the Dr screamed and then hung up on us stating “we better find a reason for her to do our job”. Dr then hung up on me after I asked her to please don’t scream. Called back and they hung up again! Family now has to walk paperwork in so it can be checked off. All this for three check marks which only physician is permitted to do. That poor staff! I can’t imagine such an environment

Dr. Myers is amazing! She is so thorough and caring. Always makes sure you are comfortable. The woman that roomed me, I think her name was Heather, was also amazing! Very friendly and personable. Would recommend this office to anyone!

The medical assistants especially the woman heather are so rude beyond necessary. Everyone seems to be in a bad mood and like you are an inconvenience. I had to switch offices just because of how uncomfortable the staff makes me feel despite how much I liked my dr.

My first time here they seem very nice . It is now almost March 2021 and even though I liked my doctor Myers I had . I sadly had to find other doctor because they stoped taking United Heath Care health insurance. The pioneer who run this office is offering there own insurance plus some others. I was not about to get rid of my good health Insurance to pick up one I don't know nothing about. But they are good doctors.

This office denied me and my family as patients because I was a “transfer” from another office due to us moving. Doctor was “uncomfortable” taking me as a transfer. Needed a new family doctor for all of us. Look elsewhere.

Used to love this office because they really took care of our family for years. I moved out of state and needed prescription refills and they told me they couldn’t help me!! Their recommendation ‘find another Dr’...I suppose if you have nothing to gain why help out?

It was my first time there I spent maybe 15 minutes with the dr when I got my bill I was shocked the dr billed my insurance company for a extended visit which 15 minutes is not a extended visit. Needless to say I was billed 175.00 to see a family dr.i have never paid that to see a family dr then to top it off they never called me about my results. I will never go back.

Hearthstone Family Practice staff is extremely personable, caring and knowledgeable. They will go out of their way to assist you. Dr. Kristy Myers is very compassionate and highly educated. She took on 2 very difficult cases with my parents and earned their confidence by the end of the 1st visit. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of a new PCP.

I HAVE BEEN TO A LOT OF DRS IN MY TIME.BUT IN ALL OF THEM,THERE ARE NOT VERY MANY WHO REALLY CARE ABOUT THERE PATIENTS LIKE DR MYERS!! SHE IS KIND,SHE IS VERY THOROUGH! IF SHE THINKS THERE IS A PROBLEM ,SHE GOES LOOKING ,LIKE A KOONHOUND AFTER A KOON.IF SHE DOESN'T KNOW THE PROBLEM, SHE FINDS SOMEONE WHO DOES.SHES 1 IN A MILLION AND TY DR MYERS FOR STANDING BY ME AS THEY FINALLY PROVED I HAD LUEKEMIA. AND ALSO TO BRITA..SHE'S IS THE SAME WAY.BOTH ARE GREAT AT WHAT THEY DO!!AND A BIG SHOUT OUT TO DR SALMON WHO DOESN'T EVEN MAKE HOSPITAL ROUNDS OR HE DIDN'T AT THAT TIME.ABOUT 15 YRS OR SO.HE CAME TO SEE MY MOM IN THE HOSPITAL AND IT UPLIFTED HERE.THEY ARE A CHRISTIAN GROUP & THEY TREAT OTHERS THE WAY THEY WANT TO BE TREATED.RESPECT! Wouldnt trust Ben Holloway for medical advice.My brother went to him because he was getting dizzy when he bent down. Dr. Holloway advice was don't bend over. My brother went to a Cardiologist and found he had a heart issue. No thanks to Holloway. Then he went to him again after we all told him to get a different doctor one that cares. My brother complained about his throat being sore and his neck was stiff and swollen. Holloway said his throat was sore because he had a tube down it 3 months prior. He went to a different doctor and found out he had stage 4 cancer in his neck and limp nods. My brother was furious and called an attorney. The attorney said to sue for malpractice you pretty much had to die to win these days. So I decided to write this post as well as many others warning people about him... GET A DOCTOR WHO CARES!! BEN HOLLOWAY ISN'T THE ONE..

Well, I have the utmost respect for the nurses there and Dr. holloway. I will say I was given absolutely great treatment from them when I was there. But I'm beyond upset and hurt by their practice. Here's why, I missed a bill (mostly my fault because I don't check my mail) and was turned into collections. So they dismissed me as a patient!! 1 bill for $80 after nearly over 12 years with them! Only 1 MISSED BILL ever! They sent letters (which is my fault because I don't check my mail or open it.) BUT I WAS NEVER EVEN CALLED!!! Once I found out that I was being dismissed and for why, I paid my balance due. Which I would have done if they ever would have called me. But the practice to dismiss a patient after such a long time for 1 offense like this is a poor practice. So I've asked the 6 folks I know that go there as well to stop going there too and they are. I will also find everyone else I know as well. So disappointing that this is what it's come to. As mentioned, they did send mail, but my deductible was met so I never thought I owed anything for a routine visit. My fault. But they NEVER even called me. Their fault. Now, I moved to a different doc and will talk everyone I know from going there. Not because of the nurses or docs but because they dismissed me over 1 mistake without multiple ways of contacting me. Not a fair or reasonable system of practice. Letters in the mail ONLY! Terrible office management

One of the best doctor's I know! Best staff, nice and clean practice! Kid friendly, up to date technology, great parking, handicap accessible, cozy, well kept lawn, great location!
