I have never in my entire life. Seen such poor customer service. I already had my checking and savings account at this bank for years and decided to use them to get an equity line of credit. Big mistake. They screwed everything up they lost stuff. When you call into the branch office, you have to leave a message. I have left at least 10 to 12 messages without a callback. I finally got everything handled myself without any help from them. I called in and finally got a hold of somebody and asked to have contact information for regional or corporate supervisor and they told me they did not give out that information but they would have that person contact me. That never happened. And when you get another product from Huntington, get bombarded with emails, voicemails, and regular mail bombarding you asking about other services, life insurance, mortgages other products. So basically they’re selling your information when you get a Product with him. Horrible would not recommend zero stars.

I'm gonna be contacting the better business bureau ATM ripped me off the manager won't check the surplus of 03/18/23. Told me he was gonna call me back never did. I ended calling him back all I'm getting is there's nothing we can do then hang up on me. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau. I bet there was no cash in the ATM that's why it never dispensed.

Should have read the reviews. Came to the bank to open an account waited in line then told me I would have to come back another time. Nice to know the economy is doing well enough they can turn people away!

Would be nice if they answered their phones. Tried calling on a Saturday morning, no answer. We also bank with USBank & will consider transferring ALL of our $$ to USBank because service at this Huntington branch is awful. Wait time inside is often too long. Customer service is slipping here.

I have to post about how amazing my service was with Carrie! She was the nicest person I’ve ever met and extremely professional! She took time out of her day to help me, and I’ve never experienced such amazing customer service! This location is extremely lucky to have her, because she is an absolute asset to have! I can’t rave enough about her. I’m so lucky to have gotten her as my banker while opening a business account, and I will ask for her every single time!

Sending checks out a week in advance but they aren’t arriving on time! First Merit was so much better with online banking. They have now closed the inside (many other banks are open- in fact have found no others that are closed)- and they shortened their hours! Shame on you Huntington!

This branch needs more tellers, the tellers they do have take their sweet time, and management has their head in the clouds. Always takes half an hour at-least to deposit or withdraw anything. Very poorly run

This bank is very difficult, buy a gift card - get accounts frozen (fraud alert!) . Buy kids a toy at target- accounts frozen (fraud alert!) . Try to send 100$ on the cash app - account frozen (fraud alert!) buy some materials at Home Depot - accounts frozen (fraud alert!) every time this happens you Have to call in and sit and wait on hold then verify your accounts and get them to let you spend your own money. I could see once and a while but multiple times a week? Even with having plenty Of money! . Very annoying and A major inconvenience especially if your in a hurry it can just ruin your day !fraud is why we are fdic insured ! Not mess with your customers life’s! Go to another bank ! They bought first merit bank than gave us the shaft !
