In a very general sense, this bank is simply antiquated. I would try banking with PNC or another more modern bank.Every year, I try and make a $50 Line of Credit renewal fee and spend an hour on the phone to try and pay it. There banking is only setup for Key to Key banking so they cant ever figure out how to do it.

The blind bank manager was absolutely rude!! Horrible experience and will be closing my account and never recommending!! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

Rude, degrading branch manager Lisa Cramer. She's such a disrespectful person. Maybe to much Botox or plastic getting to her common sense? Maybe the fake hairs on to tight? KeyBank needs to re-examine their choice having her as a representative of their bank! Shame on you Lisa for leaving such a "good" impression on new customers.

Been having trouble with my account. Went into the branch and talked to Lead Teller Jackie. Amazing!! She helped me out more than I can even say. Made sure I knew exactly what was going on. Took her time. Answered all my questions. Great job Jackie! Best service I've had from a bank in years!!

This is my "home branch". I've gotten to know several staff on a more personal basis. They are always super friendly, even when they are swamped with work. Getting in and out of this location has been a hassle lately, due to construction on the roads around it, but that will get better once again. This is a safe, quiet location, and yes there IS handicap parking available right outside the doors. This will always be my go-to branch, simply because of the caring staff. They ALWAYS go above and beyond. When my grandmother passed away (who also banked there, and in fact, got me started there several years ago) TWO staff members (a teller and a manager) came to pay their respects. Now THAT is quality customer appreciation. You dont find that level of community support with businesses and they're workers much anymore. I'm proud to say that this is my bank. I hope that they read this review!!!

Please avoid this bank... Customer service is not helpful at all... Opened up a new account deposit my payroll check they put a 7 day hold on it without making me aware of it... Called the branch nothing but gave me the run around... This bank is the worst I have ever dealt with..closing my account right away...do not get suckered in by the 200.00 for new account they will set it up for you to not get it... Key bank is a fraud...

Please explain to me why attempting to do online banking and an "error" occurs is a notice presented to "try again or come back later". When this notice is presented and I follow it as recommended I can NEVER get back online. Wanting to do my banking and never allowed to get back online is upsetting to say the least for the entire weekend.
