Kristin was always available to talk when we needed questions answered. She worked very fast with processing everything. Kristin was friendly during our time working with her. Kristin was phenomenal! I was originally going to go through quicken loans and had some issues. My realtor recommended I talk to Kristin to ask if some of the things I was told was true. Within a week of talking to her I was approved and signing on my house. She answered all of my questions without making me feel stupid or confused (first time home buyer here). She made the entire process so smooth and I am so grateful for that! All while I was on vacation out of state. I will forever recommend Kristin!
