Extremely slow. Lots of employees working but you still wait in line forever. You have to sit and wait for an hour or more for a vaccine. It's ridiculous compared to other store pharmacies such as Acme.

This is the slowest pharmacy in the area. Staffed just as well as other pharmacies but checkout takes longer and employees lack speed in the drive through. 2 stars because their prices are more competitive.

There were only 2 people working the registers and they remodeled some of the regular registers and now they are self scanners as well. The belts on the self scanners don't work either. There were things misplaced on the shelves or prices that were wrong. So they have less people working and things are more expensive than at other stores like Walmart.

Horrible experience today! I usually shop there often, but today I had to use one of their scooters instead of a cart, due to a medical issue. I was very disappointed to say the least. The scooter would not go forward at all.. or turn .. got stuck everywhere multiple times. They have no room for the scooters or the others carts to go anywhere cuz there are a Bunche baskets and stuff all over the super market.. Their scooters don't work at all. I had to back it up to be Able to get out of the store.To make it even better all of their workers watched me struggle as I was getting out and only one person came and try to explain to me what was actually going on and why I had to back up my cart for about 20 feet in order to get out of the store. And every shopper was rude trying to cut me off would not let me get around. Just because I pretty much look very young and they probably thought I did not want to walk. Terrible they make the experience of someone with disabilities impossible. I will not be going there until I am healthy again. Terrible experience and I feel worst knowing that this is an everyday issue with people with disabilities!You should do better Giant Eagle!

Pharmacy- terrible, motivation, and customer service absolutely suck. I had a problem and spoke to a pharmacist. First he doesn't understand customer service and I waited. For him to answer the phone then he wasn't helpful and then I noticed his behavior was understandable, he is a child who hasn't chosen to grow up.Grocery- it may be that Giant eagle quality, selections and stocking are all decaying. Worst is that fresh vegetables are very old, brown and wrinkled on the bottom side, be careful. Other fresh products are kept too long so when they get home the spoiled too quickly. Many products I like are not being restocked snd diet drinks are rarely in stock or given more space than three boxes. I shop here for the quality they use to gave. Now prices have gone to max, quality and service are below low cost like Marc's. All this screams profit only management that deserves us finding new places to shop

Great store for the area, if you guava time look at your receipts because almost every time they charge me double for certain items, charge full price for sales items, or there's another mistake in their favor!
