The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. The service is always quick and easy. Very reasonable rates and they are always so helpful. Some of the packages I ship have certain legal shipping requirements and they do a nice job navigating all of that to make it look easy. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely worst place ever. They scan and steal their own customers packages. I had a package that they gave away to someone with out checking ID to the address of the package and it was a signature required package. When I go into the store they play stupid and pretend they did nothing but hard to believe it hat someone new about my package when I’m the only one in my house that knew about it. Never give this place your business.

This would be a zero if I could rate a zero. I sent a package to Grosse Point, MI via Fed Ex for $15 through Postal Plus. My package was bounced around Michigan for the last week. Guess what? It came back to Postal Plus, and they wanted to charge me a $12 fee stating that I had requested this return. WHY WOULD I REQUEST A RETURN WHEN ALL I WANTED WAS TO HAVE MY PACKAGE ARRIVE TO THE DESTINATION? I sent email after email to Postal Plus, they did not seem to give a care and did not answer except to tell me that I would have to pay a $12 return fee for the package. I also was on the phone waiting for Fed Ex to try and fix this directly. I was on the phone 30 minutes on hold, they hung up on me, and then 60 minutes more on hold until I reached a live person. I asked them why this was coming back. He stated he would stop this return, but it came back anyway. NO ONE COULD HELP ME. The address was correct on the package! I picked up my package and shipped UPS Ground, It will get there by the next day even though shipped Ground. I will take care of my shipments direct through UPS and avoid 3rd parties that are incompetent!

Not only do I ship items from Ebay sales, but I also ship parts for our company. I use these folks all the time not only for FedEx shipments, but USPS also. Never had a problem. Like the late hours also. They have a good supply of shipping parts as well.
