Great service, I get nervous when o get blood work done ands the person that did my draw was great!! I did not feel a thing.
You can you in thru the YMCA door and you will see it to your left. A small door with a sign, Not easy to find but look at the picture I posted here and you will ha no issues.

I was a walk in for blood draw. I was in and out so quick. The lady that took my blood was amazing. So many times people can't find my veins. She was so accurate, I could hardly feel the needle. No pain and done in seconds! I will drive an hour any time to come have my blood done there!

Had an appointment to have bloodwork done. Waited 20 minutes to find out staff did not have access to faxed orders on the weekend. Dr faxed order on Friday a week day. Not blaming staff. It’s company inefficiency.

Good GPS directions. Hard to see the Quest sign when u enter. Contact less window for checking in, just a Kiosk. The Kiosk is pretty self explanatory but if you have a question there's no one to answer until you are called back.

Billing is always done wrong. Codes from Dr. show this blood work was for a wellness visit. Insurance given codes from DR. also show they are for a wellness visit. There is no charge to me for any blood work for wellness visit. But every time it is billed from Quest incorrectly resulting in my have to dispute the charges. This is getting a little old. It's going to end up as a class action lawsuit.

No compassion especially for my elderly parents. Extremely rude every single time. Always rushed. Always seem like they hate their job. Do not go to the Quest inside the Green YMCA.

I went in at 728 am today as a walkin to have blood drawn 1st time ever in this facility, was not aware of using a kiosk so I asked the lady at the front desk as you walk in and she was very rude and short with me when telling me about the kiosk explaining I would have to wait until the door opened to sign the kiosk it was the way she presented herself that was not cool , so I go over at 730 am to sign the kiosk then enter all info for them to find out that my wait would be an hour , which I do understand appointments first which I did not have but there was not a single person in the waiting room when I left at 740 am due to lack of staff acknowledgment so where were your patients that supposedly were being seen not one was in there and they could have gotten me taken care of in 5 minutes or less before their 1st appointment so my question is what was the staff doing in the meantime while I was filling out the kiosk waiting because there were no patients that went in , were they just going to sit drink their coffee and eat there donuts until there next appt which who knows when it could have been 8 am so you get paid just to sit and wait instead of checking the waiting room even to say may I help you , so I left and went to the one in Tallmage , the lady at the the front desk was very kind and helpful and there was one person ahead of me and I was only in there 5 mins as a walkin for bloodwork, the girl who drew my blood was very kind professional and knowledgeable , I will never go back to Quest in Green the most horrible experience ever, I will stick with the Tallmadge location off of the circle.

Absolute horrible service. Arrived 15 minutes prior to a 12:00 appointment. Was not allowed to check in until 11:50, despite no other patients around. Signs are up indicating not to ask about when you’ll be taken back. Ended up walking out at 12:25. Don’t waste your time.

I Love Quest,they do a great job ,easy to schedule and sign in ,the girl at Massillon Rd in Green is fantastic,good at what she does and Is friendly and has a nice personality

Don't get this location confused with the Quest lab at the YMCA. The hours, here, near Raber road are from 6 am to noon, but it has the most pleasant, efficient, and professional staff (phlebotomist) EVER! In and out. Worth planning your schedule for!!

Makayla did an excellent job drawing my blood. She was very professional and proficient. I am nervous about blood draws but she got it the first time with barely a pinch. Would recommend to anyone.

This place is amazing, the best place to ever do my blood work. Always get in early and get out super fast. Makayla is amazing at sticking me and I can’t even feel it!

The tech was super good. I'm usually not an easy person to get blood from but she got it first try and no bruising.
