Don't expect courteous customer service at the Orthopedic desk in Green. If lucky, you too can get yelled at and spoke over when stating your name and time of appointment. The most unpleasant, unprofessional and uncalled for counter help. Not to mention, as a patient, I shouldn't be hearing in the waiting room, the latest employee gossiping of coworkers. I don't really care how many donuts a Barberton coworker consumed. How two faced you are for not addressing an issue with a coworker. It sets the entire atmosphere for the professionalism of the office or lack of.

Great staff , very friendly, and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable. I also had physical therapy at this location. I feel that my therapist, was very good at her job and very pleasant.

Attempted to take my daughter into physical therapy following her knee surgery they refused to see her because the surgeons office failed to complete the referral/authorization process with my my primary insurance. I also provided them a secondary insurance to see use if they were concerned about being paid. Not to mention I also would have paid for the appointment and got reimbursed from my insurance before having her not get the PT she needed. Pretty disappointed, they seemed more concerned with money than their 15 yo patient in the moment.

I was treated for a torn tendon in my right hand. Both of my visits everyone was really nice and helpful. No one acted like they didn't have time, and all staff was condifent and knowldgeable with their info. Natalie McGreal was my main point of contact and was both professional but as easy to talk to as your friends are. Hopefully i will not be back but if i do get injured again this is where i would end up .

Easy access from the highway, plenty of parking (for handicap needs as well) and I didn't have to wait long at all for just being a walk-in. Plus the triage personnel were super polite and make you feel welcomed!

Lot of things to exercise on and the pool is great but I wish they had a indoor walking trail for people like me with asthma.

Tried to schedule a therapy appointment for post-op. No one works before 8:00 a.m. no one works after 4:00 p.m. no one there on Fridays. And this is the case at two locations that I checked. This is for a hand therapy if that makes a difference. Not very accommodative I will go elsewhere.

5 stars: Megan the PT is amazing. I enjoyed our sessions. She gave me so many good strategies, exercises, and stretches!Radiology techs were great. One of the receptionists who checked me in was very kind and helpful. I do not recall her name unfortunately.

I went in for a CT Scan because of pain in my chest. This process produces hundred, if not thousands, of pictures, flashing quickly by. The technicians, Deb & Holly, are so alert and professional that they saw an irregularity that saved my life. The Radiologist wasted no time contacting my Dr. and getting me to ER. I owe them my life.

The women who work in the lab have literally no personality and are extremely rude. I HATE coming here to get blood drawn.

They give mammograms from hell. They use extreme compression way beyond what is necessary.

Very nice and clean, but wait time is awful..1 to 3 hours to see your Doc. with an appointment.....
