“There is a post office only about 3 minutes from my home, but I choose to drive 25 minutes to the Geneva Post Office because of how consistently kind and respectful the staff are. I have anxiety, and in the past I’ve felt embarrassed or rushed at other locations. That has never happened here.
The team in Geneva always takes the time to help me with mailing and returns, explains things clearly, and makes sure everything is done correctly without judgment. I’ve been coming here for 7 years, and I truly wouldn’t go anywhere else.
I noticed some negative reviews and I was honestly shocked. After reading them, it seems many are about mail carriers, not the staff inside the post office itself. My experiences with the people working inside have been consistently positive for years. I’ve worked with Phil there many times and today Randy went completely out of his way. There’s others there that I’ve helped Me as well that were just truly wonderful.”
