Rude and lazy employees at this location. I go to use the drive thru for the pharmacy since it’s supposed to be open until 6pm but they have closed sign up almost 10 minutes early. I have cancer and a heart condition but of course I have no choice. I park and go inside. Wait at counter for maybe 30 seconds to a minute while employee looks at me with disgust, then she walks over to help. I ask about drive thru and she makes up some story that the computer doesn’t work by window (Apparently they are so lazy that it’s easier to make customers come in instead of walking the 10 feet to a computer that works - obviously I don’t buy the story because it’s not true). I get my medication and pay. Then go to front to say something to the manager. You think she would listen and apologize but instead, first thing out of her mouth is that they were closing up. Essentially, this location has decided that it is easier to blame the customer than address their shortcomings. I tell her if they don’t want to keep window open until time posted then change sign but she obviously doesn’t care at this point. I’m done with this pharmacy. Switching my prescriptions to online since what is the point? Seriously?! Going to post encounter on YouTube also. Tired of being treated poorly by a business.

This CVS have helpful employees. I will drive the 1.5 miles to this store instead of the store located within walking distance located at 13956 Cedar Rd. The employees at 13956 Cedar Rd do not honor sales that are provided in the weekly ad nor do they know how to use the extra bucks on your card.

Very disappointed with the state of this CVS; I don't see it being open for much longer if it keeps going the way it is now. The majority of the employees that run the registers and stock the shelves are rude, unprofessional, lazy, and all seem to hate their jobs. Many items on the shelves have been outdated for 2+ years and are still on the shelf (check the dates before you buy anything beverage, food, or medicine-wise off the shelf). Registers upfront are often unmanned due to them being short of staff and because of an overreliance on self-checkout (why the self-checkout is right next to the exit door is beyond me, it's just asking for further theft). Theft is becoming more prominent in this store due to the lack of employees on hand (you'll often find empty boxes of stuff hidden behind items that probably haven't been touched or looked at for weeks/months).
Lastly, regarding the pharmacy, your experience is based on who you get ringing you out. The pharmacists seem to have a lot of trouble managing things when they're in a busy rush and don't know how to prioritize the customers that are in line. Some days it's because of short staffing and you can't fault them for this, but most days, it's because of lazy individuals in the department. I had one girl ring me out who was completely apathetic and spaced out who was more concerned with when she had to take her break/punch out than attending to the line that she had; also, I have seen some of the pharmacists have very short tempers and little patience with customers asking questions or picking anything up. The service for MinuteClinic appointments is a lot better than the pharmaceutical pick-ups if you have to get a vaccine shot, but since I don't often go for that, I can't really speak on it on a consistent basis.
To sum it up, the store needs the workers to put a lot more pride and effort into their work, and they need managers and pharmacy managers that can actually light a fire in their employees to do better. Even if you dislike your job, there is no excuse for the store to be in the state that it's in, and no excuse for poor customer service.

Ran out of my prescription and needed to pick one up in the evening. Got a text at 8pm that it was ready, showed up at 8:45 and the whole store was closed. Store was supposed to be open until 10, the pharmacy until 9. Employees still inside not doing anything

I used the minute clinic and everyone was super friendly and helpful! I read some of the reviews and was nervous but the experience couldn't have been more pleasant, at least in this area of the store.

Completely irresponsible. I had a vaccine appointment with the confirmation. They couldn’t find it in their system and just wasted my time for 30 minutes sending me here and there and then without appologizing they said we can’t help you. The manager was super rude and did not help at all. I would never trust them with my medication as well.

Pharmacy at this location is a great disappointment and disgrace to CVS. Most of the time the pharmacist is nowhere to be found, anywhere but the pharmacy. The people who work at the pharmacy are intentionally rude. Observing them communicating with customers including myself is surreal. The pharmacy line is consistently an outrage and drive thru is closed during work hours. The front of the store never had anyone working and is just unattended. Who works at this store is a mystery. It’s also a mystery why the manager of this store can’t manage the employees. Chaos and disgust is how I’d describe my experience.
