Finding things in the store is never a problem....however, the old lady at the register needs SERIOUS work on her customer service skills! She never acknowledges you and simply hands you the receipt. Today 7/27 I paid cash...she took her time taking my money and simply shoved the change at me, causing my coins to fall. Never said anything, started ringing the next customer. I had to reach around the counter and pick it up. "Excuse you" I said to her as I did it. Still, nothing. Can management have a talk with her? She's that way with everyone.

Michelle went above and beyond to find some plastic gift wrap bags for me! After pointing me in the direction of where they should be in the store, I went to look but they didn’t have any. As I was getting ready to give up and thought I’d have to try a different store, Michelle came found me with an unopened box that hadn’t made it to the floor yet. She could have just let it go because there were other things for her to do, but she chose to do the extra. AND she was so kind and friendly, not only to me but to all the customers I saw her engage with. THANK YOU MICHELLE!

HIRE BETTER. Most employees here have an attitude, especially the older woman and man —they act like they hate working there. They also act like you’re bothering them if you have to ask where something is. They don’t greet, and they definitely don’t say thank you or goodbye.

Terrible location. Store says open at 8am. I am here at 8:45 and door is locked and employees just walking around talking and see you outside but dont open door. Why say your open at 8 but wont open doors until 8:55am.

The store hours posted are 8am -10pm. However, it's 8:51am and the doors are still locked!! Don't waist your time stopping here, even if the location is convenient for you.

They ALWAYS have something I did NOT go in for! ? I went in for partymix?♀️. Came out with 2 bags containing $15 worth of stuff that we "NEEDED"! ?♀️

This store is just awful ! ! NEVER ever EVER STOCKED WITH PRODUCTS. There’s only boxes everywhere. Only 1 cashier. Either on the phone, or eating as checking people out. 90% of the items are always run out, never on the shelves.
This is absolutely unacceptable.
You drive an extra 15min to the west side, you will see a big difference, everyone is so nice, dressed appropriately AND all the shelves are stocked with the products that need to be there.
Manager and owner of the store need to step up !

AVOID! This location is a mess. Not stocked, empty shelves everywhere. Unopened freight in the isles. Staff was not very customer friendly: no greeting or "thank you" given

Communist values run by communists. They believe that they have the right to violate my fourth amendment rights and seize property that does not belong to them in order for me to shop in their store. Furthermore, they are not nice about it. They are extremely aggressive about their Communist values and seizing property that doesn't belong to them. It's called private property that they need a warrant to seize. Furthermore, they're ratchet because They threatened to beat me up because I wouldn't give up my Fourth amendment rights and told other customers that they were going to beat me up. The store had a variety of items, at reasonable prices. In stock. The employees were friendly, courteous, and professional. Pleasant atmosphere even though it was busy. Will definitely shop there again.
