They always lock the doors at 9:45pm saying they won’t let anyone because they are close even though they at 10pm. Poor customer service.

The customer service is okay, but the awareness of closing time is out of line. Locking the doors 20 minutes prior to actual post to closing time bewilders me. As I'm posting before closing time.

I've started working at this store as an employee here.Management and coworkers are the most nicest, and dedicated employees I have had such honor working with, and I do what I can for the store; Employees and customers alike.I get that everything within this store isn't stocked on many particular items customers need, and I cannot assist many with what they want as one person. But I am grateful for doing what service I can, continuing forward.I'm always here at the store in the mornings. If you see this and my face, it has been an honor helping you. ❤

Whatever you do, don’t go to this store (if I could give it a zero star I would!!) The big black woman is uncannily nasty. Don’t ask her for a price on an item or she will yell at you. Whatever kind of anger she’s feeling that day, she’ll take it out on you, even if you’re nice to her. She needs anger management classes!! A pitiful excuse for a human, let alone a cashier. Terrible, avoid at all costs!!!

Personally I love Family Dollar, but I wish they'd resolve the shopping cart issue. There are very few in the Cleveland heights stores where I shop. If you're fortunate enough to get one You can't take it outside to your car to unload your purchases. The cashiers are more than willing to escort you to your car with your purchases but they have to leave the register to escort the customer to their vehicle. Often, very often they already have a line.

The line was very very long. Only one cashier and 15 ppl in line.. I walked the whole store and went in employee only door and one one person was working.. the other family dollar was close. Had a sign stating assistance manger wanted..

Employees nice. Could not find prices on many items. The turning knobs for nail products are a pain. Wouldn't be back soon.

I come into family dollar quite often there is a young man name Prince who is always so polite and friendly. I always see him cleaning and he always has the tunes going which makes my shopping experience memorable. Great costumer service Prince!!

I can find everything pretty easy in this store , unlike the other family dollar store I have been in . I just hate when I go to get one or two item's and have to stand in there long cedar point line.
