This was my 1st time at First Watch. I had the traditional breakfast, eggs over easy, no actually well done... The potatoes were fried hard. The bacon and that sweet sauce was awesome! The coffee was also plentiful since they leave the pot for you. The multi grain toast was good too. You see the plate and it looks overcooked.

Messed my order up on three different occasions. Someone here does not read the orders and actually looks for what the customer wants/ doesn’t want in their order. Not eating here again.

Great for healthy but delicious breakfast and lunch food. Service has always been good. Sometimes busy but worth the wait.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking nearby. I did not visit the restroom to see if it was fully ADA accessible.

only thing worse than the soggy under cooked bacon was the rude server at the check

Great place for brunch. But if you are going on a weekend, be prepared to wait. The donuts were simply amazing. The drinks (in pics) were very different and refreshing. The blueberry French toast, lemon ricotta pancake, salmon frittata and salmon with eggs Benedict . . The service was outstanding. Definitely will definitely be back.

Waitress was lovely, with a positive attitude and very friendly. Listened carefully to my allergies and checked with kitchen. Great food.

Usually, it's a solid go-to place for a meal. Nothing has changed.

The food and service is always good. Take out packed well. I eat here at least once a week and have never been disappointed.

The last time I visited this location in January my take out my order was incorrect, and missing several items, while I was disappointed that I was unable to enjoy my meal in its entirety I was not deterred. As a loving patron of this franchise I decided to give the cedar location another try for a sit in dinning experience. And oh my goodness, it was such a terrible mistake, the staffing was very Ill informed pertaining to the wait times for seatand we're passing along incorrect information via

Food was delicious and our server was excellent. We had the Trifecta and the pancake was huge, warm and melted in your mouth with compliments of the warm syrup.

We haven’t been to the University Heights location in several months. We thought we’d give it one more chance. I’m sorry we did. Our server was wonderful but wonderful stops there.I saw a young man walk from the kitchen to the restroom in his black latex gloves. He was in there for about ten minutes. He walked back out in the same gloves and returned to the kitchen. I did not eat anymore food. I said something to the server. I did see him bussing tables in the same gloves. He returned an unused straw from a table to the kitchen to be reused then carried clean coffee cups to the tables. If you eat here, please use Clorox wipes to clean your cups and anything else on the table. There may be feces. The potatoes remain the absolute worst. They are are not cooked through properly. Very hard. I had the Seoul Hash. It was ok. I didn’t find any red peppers in mine, which it should have had and it was drowned in a greasy sauce. The kimchi had a great heat to it.We got gingerbread donuts, which were cold in the middle. We’ve had the blueberry pancakes and sausage in the past. Both are good. The scrambled eggs are hard and brown. Scrambled eggs shouldn’t be browned. We won’t be going back.

I stopped going this particular First Watch, because the food had gone downhill. It appeared that they just didn't care. Tried oIt again, and evidently they hired new cooks/management? Much better!

This place is a special treat for me to splurge at, and every time here I'm never disappointed. Today, however, I chose to walk out after getting my water due to the seasonal menu change. It's Halloween, and we're in full Fall glory in Ohio but for some reason the Million Dollar Autumn Breakfast Hash I ordered a a few weeks ago is no longer on their new seasonal menu. What season are they in then?? Because I waited for my next paycheck to come here and order that meal again. Truly one of the best breakfasts I've had an a long time. Disappointed, but honestly not surprised. This makes no sense to me.
