I have had so many positive experiences at Mika's Wig Boutique! The staff is upbeat, friendly and makes sure that I am satisfied with all of my purchases and the services that they provide (wig purchase, wig cut, wig style, waxing, beauty products and hair coverings.) Michele, Shoshana W., Shoshana G., Kayla, Tiffany, Leah, Goldie and Chaya go above and beyond and are truly invested in client satisfaction and in providing an excellent experience each and every time I walk in. Just got my 3rd wig from Mikas and I couldn’t be happier! This is my second lace top from them and the whole staff worked really hard to perfect it. Leah’s coloring skills are amazing. Goldie was patient and cut the wig to perfection. Shoshana oversaw the whole thing and went above and beyond in terms of customer service.

This place has a small town vibe, which I LOVE, because if you've ever gone to NY to get a wig, you know how rushed and irrelevant they make you feel. I've gone here for coloring my regular hair and they did a great job and also have gotten a fall wig from here, which they ordered in and cut and colored it exactly as I wanted it.

Cannot say enough good things. They have a great selection and will work to get you what ever you want. They will not sell you, in fact, they spent hours with me until I was sure. Shoshana is sweet and patient and honest. Michelle runs a great business and can alter the wigs. The person who cut the wig was great too. Just cannot say enough good things.

Michelle changed my perspective on life today simply with a wig. I’d not realized how the thought of losing my hair had affected me. I’d felt it was necessary in the process of chemo and ridding myself of cancer. But as my hair started to fall out I was becoming sadder each day. Until today when I walked into Mika’s and Michelle fitted me with two wigs. I walked out of there feeling like my old self again, able to like how I look and seeming more confident and actually pretty. Thank you Michelle, if you only could realize how much you touched my life today.

I paid 1400.00 for a wig only to be completely rushed through the hair cutting process with a stylist who had no idea what she was doing. I left in tears- needless to say I’ve had the wig in my closet for 3 years untouched because the way it was butchered.(I was just looking up wig shops and came across this one and my blood pressure raises every time I think of it- I had to finally say something)

Mika’s has the best customer service. I came in ready to make my first wig purchase and they walked me though the process seamlessly. I left with a beautiful piece that matches my natural hair. Everyone was so helpful. I took my 80 year old mother in to choose a wig and they were very patient with her. They told her to take her time and wanted to make sure that she was happy with her choice. They also instructed her on every aspect of wearing and owning a wig. We felt very safe with everyone wearing masks.

It was a wonderful and relaxing experience. The staff is extremely attentive and sensitive to privacy. The setting is rich with beautiful items to purchase. I would recommend it for anyone looking to be pampered.
