The Manager was very disrespectful. I’ve been a mailbox rental client for over 15 years (same location). The new manger is NOT Honest or professional!
Since he cannot Communicate in a reasonably tone, but screams ‘get out!
Police report filed and Changing Mailbox Provider. I wish the Franchise Owners well and I hope they Train who Represents the UPS Store on Cedar Rd. / University Hts.

So wanted to support a local business, but: shredding prices per pound 64% higher than reported national average and as much as double that of other shredding companies and would not accept the UPS Store National coupon of buy-one-get-one-free. Go figure, but why even offer the service if you are going to leave prospective customers with such a bad taste in their mouth?

I went in for basic printing services and was met with completely unhelpful staff. How can you call yourself a UPS shipping and printing store when employees don’t know how to handle simple print jobs? I was told I needed to come back Monday through Friday, between 9 and 3, when the manager would be there to help. Most people work during those hours – it’s ridiculous to expect customers to rearrange their schedule for such a basic service. Now, they want me to go out of my way to make another trip to the store when I could’ve gotten all my tasks done at once. Extremely poor customer service.

Poor customer service. They do not answer their phone. I tried calling over ten times throughout the day today to confirm that their notary would be available. Since they never answered, we drove to store only to find out that the notary left early. Learn to answer your phone or don't offer to accept calls.
Garbage.
