We called to hold eclipse sunglasses, the guy that answered was nice and said he would hold them; when we got there an unfriendly clerk said that do not hold them, but they did have some.

Been meaning to come forever but it's just not on my usual routes (how often do I say that?) I was nearby today. I kept hearing how good it was, and that's not hype- service was excellent, on two visits from multiple people. Selection is pretty darn good for a small local hardware store. It's not tiny, but it's not huge. Lots of options for each thing we needed. Bright and open, nicely arranged, tons of things you need- and don't, plenty of impulse buy stuff set around, so watch yourself. Prices for those, and in general, are maybe a little high, but the location will be handy for many people and you can avoid the hassle and gas use of going to a big box. This isn't just an old-school local store- it's better.

We rented tables and chairs from Nutter Hardware for a recent event. They could not have been more helpful from start to finish. Not only was the price less than competitors but the service was exceptional. The delivery crew was courteous and accommodating. It could not have gone more smoothly. So glad to have them in the neighborhood.

Today at this store manager Arielle absolutely refused to give me my money back on my debit card and forced me to get it back on a store credit after I explained that they don't have what I need and I don't come here.The lack of integrity through this interaction is everything. This place really ruffled my feathers today

I slipped the chain on my chainsaw and brought it in today to be looked at. Devon fixed it right away and showed me how to make adjustments if it happens again in the future. I really appreciate the immediate help, the tutorial, and great service - it's great to get help from local experts! Thank you!

Great service whenever I go. I drive ten minutes past a competitor hardware store to go here. Ariel/Arielle was a huge help in getting a snow blower that is perfect for our needs.

Great place they have most everything you could ever need. Dylan and Cory, the small engine mechanics are knowledgeable, friendly, and skilled technicians. They have a large selection of small engine parts and can get you almost anything. They actually had a carburetor kit for an old MTD snowblower in stock I was amazed. They great guys.
