i LOVE this place. it's so underrated but it's such an awesome place to get leggings. the store and environment are super calm and i find it enjoyable to be there. i would really recommend their bras. best ones i've bought, and def a competitor for the lululemon cloud bra.

I had to exchange leggings purchased online. This store had a great selection and the customer service was great! Everyone was very helpful and I was able to find what I was looking for! There is a lot of cute jackets, tops, etc.

This is a great store, with very friendly and helpful staff! One thing, though... please please please sweep your dressing rooms - the dust balls flying everywhere and getting all over my clothes were very disappointing.

Walked in at 6pm on a Friday and was toldThey are closed? Good luck staying open with those hours. Most of us work and are not able to get to your store to shop until after 5 PM. Was told to check out the store from a friend and for my first time being in the store, I was very displeased and did not feel welcome. I will continue to go to Lululemon instead.

Went to Athleta to return a couple things I purchased online and Abby helped me find a few new things to try on. She was so sweet, patient, and had great advice. She helped me find a new outfit for tennis that looks great. I have a hard time shopping for athletic wear, and she was a huge help and super nice!

Not one single employee greeted me as I walked in. There were three on the floor so I know I was seen by at least one of them. They were not by any means busy either. Felt a little discriminated against since two separate groups were greeted coming in shortly after me. They even went on to tell them about a sale going on. Which no one mentioned that to me. I even passed an employee while I had something in my hand, she didn’t even ask me if I was finding everything okay. That’s like the typical standard. Nothing. Felt completely ignored which is a shame. I’ve bought plenty of Athleta leggings because I love the Salutation 7/8. Felt like buying some items I’ve had my eye on, but completely turned off by their customer service. So I put it back. Might have to reconsider giving my business to this company if they only like to help & cater to certain customers that fit their “look”. Unacceptable.

I'd never been in an Athleta store, so I stopped in since I was in the area. I had heard rumors that their prices are a bit on the higher side. Looking throughout the store, the quality of their fabric, stretch and durable construction definitely was a plus. The ladies working were friendly and more than happy to help if I had any questions. I was very impressed with the selection of shorts, and a few of the styles had a comfortable undergarment/lining. I found an awesome camo top and great-fitting biking shorts (with a side pocket for my phone!), but didn't have wallet on me (sad face!). I live a few minutes closer to the Easton Athleta, so I'll definitely be stopping by there to get the outfit. True I would normally say no thank you to the higher prices here, but the smooth, durable quality design and construction is quite impressive indeed.

Very disappointing customer service experience. I had to go in the store to exchange some clothes i bought online for a different size. The cashier absolutely did not show empathy and was very cold the entire time.--A very simple exchange turned out to be a 30-minute long process because she did not know what she was doing and had to have her store manager next to her very often.--They wanted me to pay extra for an exchange just because the sale ends which i was unhappy about. Throughout the entire process i did not feel welcome and understood. They did not advocate the best interest for customers.--The cashier asked for both my phone number and email address FOUR times, two of which she got my email wrong...She could have written down on a piece of paper instead of asking customer the same question four times.I was very unsatisfied with their customer services which i had no problem before. Store manager needs to hire someone who can show empathy and be able to provide better customer service!

I shopped at Athleta for the first time today. I am not much of a shopper and at times I do not feel comfortable shopping in a store I am unfamiliar with. I find it intimidating. I have had previous shopping experiences where I walk in a store with this already uneasy feeling and then the employees only amplify this feeling by seemingly looking down at me, laughing, or judging me. Now mind you, everything I mentioned before is not because I do not know what I want. I always know what the mission is. What I am looking for. I am very good at knowing what I want and making a decision. I walked into Athleta today on a mission to get a comfortable pair of leggings to wear to watch my Cleveland Browns playoff game tomorrow. I wanted them to be full length, buttery soft, and hopefully dreamlike comfortable. I was also in a hurry. I was not looking to shop for hours. I just wanted to run in, pick out a pair of leggings, pay, and leave. In and out. I feared that was not possible because I did not know the store and I was not really familiar with Athleta as I said. I stepped in the store and it had a soft feel, the store temp was warm and cozy. I started on the right side of the store and I immediately began to fear that I was never going to be able to find what I was looking for. I felt in over my head. I could not differentiate any of their leggings. All seemed to be Capri, or knee length, or even shorts. I was trying to check out their tags but all the tags were tucked in between the pants. Then out of no where an Athleta employee asked me if I needed help finding anything in particular. I let her know I wanted a full length legging. She asked just one question and then quickly gave me two suggestions. While also letting me know why one legging was her favorite in particular. She never seemed to look down at me, or judge me. Instead she was extremely helpful, genuinely kind, and beyond knowledgeable with first hand accounts about the leggings. She made me so happy. I was appreciative that she made my shopping experience pleasurable and easy. I now feel like I can go into this particular Athleta with confidence and ask for help if I need it. Can't wait to wear my new awesome leggings tomorrow. I will be back.

Very unsatisfied I came in with the picture from their shop because I follow them they could not get my feet or my hands right they ended up doing whatever they wanted to do on my hands and my feet and still wanted me to pay the bill very unhappy very very very unhappy
