We asked them at the beginning of the appointment to make sure the person drawing our dogs blood knew what they were doing, as we have run into issues before at this same place, the girl assures us that she is good. She clearly didn't know what she was doing and kept sticking the needle in and out agitating our dog. Then wanted to put a muzzle on him. Not impressed, and won't be back.

Wow. This place is unbelievable. I bought the Optimum Wellness Plan and pay $70/month. When I called and left a message about my sick pet yesterday, no one called me back. I called again this morning and was told they had no appointments today or tomorrow and I should go to MedVet or a different animal hospital. Why am I paying for a plan that doesn't even allow for a sick visit? Not to mention when I called to cancel the plan, the wait was 60 min. I waited for 30 and the wait time was still 60 minutes. I got on the app to do a live chat and waited 15 minutes before someone talked to me. I was then charged $563.79 to cancel my plan. The customer service is terrible, both at the Lane Avenue location and when you call the corporate office. I loved the vets we worked with but that is the best I can say about this place. Save yourself time and money and go some place else!!

I don’t know where to begin this place saved my puppy’s life from parvo. He was 3 days in I did everything I could at home he had not gotten better so I decided to take him here, and I’m so thankful for these doctors they are professional, understanding and very generous. They helped in every way possible and went above and beyond. Luke thanks you guys as well. The pricing was fair the caring was above, and beyond I would rate this place a 10 out of 10 if I could.

Beware of this place! I highly recommend against getting the subscription payment plan as it's a total scam. Despite the subscription, you'll still end up paying for most things for your pet, making it less beneficial. Moreover, the process of canceling the subscription is far from easy, and they might even demand payment for the remaining year before cancellation.

Last minute they were able to get me in and took care of my baby. Still confused as to how she ripped apart her harness, but overall happy she's safe and healed.

I received a call from this location telling me my cat had a test that needed done which was covered by his wellness plan. He had his check up a month prior but I made an appointment anyway. I drove 25 minutes from my home at 8am on a saturday only to be told that it was going to be an additional 50 dollars. What a waste of time!

Very kind, professional, and informative people here. Their care plans are the most reasonably priced pet care packages I have ever come across, and the care you receive is top tier. So relieved to have finally found the perfect place for my senior dog.

I highly recommend them. They are so kind and knowledgeable. They have helped our cat when he was really sick and even called to check on him.they truly love our fur babies and I trust them completely- everyone at Banfield, you are wonderful and thank you.

Long time customer. Wellness plan holder for over 4 years . My lab was diagnosed with lymphoma. After that Banfield was dismissive and in no way helpful. Wouldn't return calls . Try to schedule appointments anytime he just need prescriptions. Horrible and disgusting way to treat a heartbroken family and sick pet

I love the doctors, and love the wellness plan. But they need to stop taking on new clients, you can't get your dogs in for simple things like nail trims or ear cleanings because they are so consistently overbooked and understaffed. I don't want to leave my dogs there, crated for hours, so they can get a nail trim.

I love the doctors, the staff and love the wellness plans. It would be beneficial if they hired more vet techs that could handle things like nail trims, ear cleaning, expressing anal glands, etc. so you don't have to wait so long to get an appointment. Maybe partner with the Mutts and Co. that is attached to the building, to provide grooming support

Nothing but problems and today was the last straw. I had to move out of state and needed two prescriptions extended until the next vet could see my dog. Bricker approved one and not the other so it seems like your experience depends on who you talk to, not actual policies.

Dr. Watson and the staff are genuinely kind. I have never felt like they pushed unreasonable treatment and the prices seem fair. They always have time and are very responsive and compassionate.
