Provided a filthy car. Was told too bad our shop vac is dirty. There is literally a car wash with free vacs a block away from this location. Car smelled and a hanging pine tree freshener doesn’t help. How is that Budget standard? I spent a hour, a bottle of freebreze and a container of Armorall wipes making it tolerable. So much for being a Fastbreak member. Store had also been broken in to and front door was shattered and dangerous to touch. The convenience of the location is not worth the product

Had a great experience booking a car with Efe! He was very polite, friendly, and did a good job walking us through all the paperwork and fees. Overall very smooth booking process, car is in great condition as well. Only reason I didn’t rate 5 stars is due to a minor hiccup; the header in the email we received after reserving ahead included an old address and we had to take a second Uber to the actual location (the correct address was noted later in the email).

Heather was amazing this morning. We did a reservation online for the location on 3rd ave and the lady there was short and very rude turned us away immediately. Heather at this location had what we needed and was very professional and accommodating. Thank you for all your help.

Waiting for too long time. I have an appointment at 10:30pm, not able to talk with the front desk until 11:10am. Even have one customer before us when scheduled time passed for twenty minutes

Budget 5th Avenue Grandview/Columbus, Ohio (UA5) is centrally located in proximity to the Ohio State University campus, downtown, a host of 4-5 star eateries, major highway and state route arteries such as I-670, I-70, and 315. Staff at this location are professional and accommodating to your business and leisure needs . Vehicles are clean and represent popular late model cars, trucks, and minivans.I was very pleased with the Kia midsize sport utility vehicle that I was assigned(Vehicle would be Full size or intermediate In the budget car, rental classification system). There was a wide selection of popular late model vehicles. My assigned vehicle had less than 6, 000 miles, was extremely clean with upgraded features, and it easily accommodated ALL my business accessories such as weekend bag, briefcase, handbag. The vehicle was perfectly roomy and I added additional errands to my agenda as the vehicle’s size caused me to consider endeavors not originally scheduled. Due to being physically challenged, I often avoid certain locations as parking can be cumbersome for me and it is difficult transporting shopping bags from the business to a vehicle. This was not a problem with the assigned vehicleThe midsize utility vehicle “ invited” me to accomplish personal tasks in addition to the business related appointments which were the primary reason for the rental. In addition to backseat space for 2-3 persons, there was a covered cargo area where shopping bags were inconspicuously stored. The ease of placing the vehicle in a parking space was an added plus. The return process was seamless. The vehicle was placed in a parking space, the key was deposited in the secure dropbox. I walked home as the relocated location is approximately 25 minutes walking distance from my house.I would definitely use the Columbus Ohio (UA5) again. This location is a leader in the car rental industry. I previously utilized Columbus, Ohio(UA5) 10 years ago when it was situated in another geographic location. During that rental, I was assigned an electric car when this vehicle type was rare in the rental industry. This was my first time driving an electric powered car. I will forever remember this unique experience. It was a catalyst for me, considering reducing my individual carbon footprint on the Earth.I am very pleased Columbus, Ohio (UA5) has been relocated. Thank you to the 5th Avenue staff for assigning me to a highly desirable, clean, late model, low mileage rental . I will definitely rent from this location again!

I have never seen a location where u have to call people for 24hrs before getting someone on the phone been trying to extend my reservation and I was told it could only be done by an agent at the exact location but can't get them ever most frustrating thing ever

The car I received had not been cleaned, there were smashed bugs all over the windshield and the windshield wipers were in need of replacing so every time I tried to clean them, it made it impossible to see out the window. I found a jar underneath one of the seats with the remanence of weed, lucky I didn’t get pulled over. One of the rear tires was nearly bald and created such loud road noise that it was hard to carry on a conversation with anyone in the car.

Rented a car. Returned it, flew home and got a text message 3 days later that my car is 3 days overdue for return. They never marked the car as returned in their system and I had to spend an hour on the phone with corporate to get it fixed and make sure that I wasn't going to be charged for a car I returned already. They say they will not be charging me for it, and will send me a receipt as soon as it's take care of but we'll see.
