Would give 0 stars based on the phone interaction I just had with the male manager on 12/22. I asked what a good time would be to come in to take passport photos, which usually take about 10 mins MAX to actually take. I was confused when he said "it's Two days before Christmas" as his response. That's didn't answer my question. When I asked him what that had to do with anything, his sarcastic and snarky attitude was abundantly clear and said "we have two people working and this is a retail store". UM SIR this is a CVS and passport photos are a service you offer. This is not a ZARA. Perhaps this should be noted for this cvs management team that clearly, your staff are over worked and your establishment is crumbling. I'm going to Staples.

I'm shocked to see such negative comments. It's at a least as good as any other cvs, and larger than the one closer to my home.

Nasty, gross, disgusting restrooms. They have not been cleaned in weeks.! I tried to discuss the situation with the Store Manager but he immediately took the defensive position and placed me on hold for 10 mins. Never came back to phone. I called back a second time and was placed on hold again for 10 mins while they were ""locating" him. Hung up again. Called back a third time. Was placed on hold again, employee returned to phone stating he was ""busy cleaning the restroom". CORPORATE TIME. Called corporate office and within 30 mins I had a phOne call back from a district manager. He was disgusted at the photos and took immediate action
